Do not be fooled by how small the outside looks because once you step in, you will be overwhelmed by a nice, huge selection of boots. I went with a coworker and we both walked out with brand new work boots. I didn't know such a high level of customer service existed in a boot shop. Chris was very attentive and was more than willing to show us a crazy amount of boots based on what we liked. He went above and beyond during our visit and he earned himself a couple of happy long term customers. Thanks Chris for making our stop worth every penny.

This place was incredible. Best customer service. Saul was extremely helpful and courteous. He took his time to explain how a boot should fit. He was an absolute pleasure.

Side note, he did suggest I go up half a size, but I was a "I know me" kinda gal, well, he was right. I went back the next day, for half a size bigger?. Even then he was a pleasure.

I highly recommend that you stop by here first. I know I will from now on.

Ran into Saul the owner and he’s a very helpful & genuine guy. Got me taken care of real quick. I purchased some tough toe and he was more than happy to help me apply it to my boots in exchange for nothing. I’ll definitely be back. He makes it look easy.

Esau was helpful and made me feel comfortable. I’m not the typical work boot buying person and needed help narrowing down what would work. Esau helped me pro con a few of the ladies shoes and I settled on the boots pictured. even tried some of the guys boots to compare.

The store is easy to miss and parking limited to the street. The store is clean and organized. The boots prices are in line with other stores like work boot warehouse, big 5, Dick’s and another store I can’t remember the name. Visited them all but like Workboots 4 U best. Spent around $100 with tax and the shoes don’t feel like I need to break them in. I’ll be back for the low top pumas my next visit.

Went earlier today to buy some boots. Upon arrival no one at the register. Finally see the worker. Tall dude. Didn't bother to help out with anything. I guess just wanted to have a chill day and not assist customers. Left after less than 5 minutes of being there. Went there based on the reviews here. That individual had terrible customer service.

Edit: owner reached out and he was very apologetic about the whole situation. Will give a 2nd chance in the near future.
