Even though the location is not very wheelchair friendly, the staff was quick to ask how they can help and made it accessible through their hard work helping me. Alex and Spencer are awesome guys who not only made our day fun but are great workers who are genuine and thoughtful. Was our please meeting them and we will be back. Excellent facility if you're looking for a Jetski Rental in Prince Edward County. This place is located next to Sheba Island, on a beautiful lake in a quiet bay. The staff are amazing - thank you Skyler, Alex, Boe and Spencer for the great experience and conversations!

Poor customer service. The jet skis are in rough shape. The life jackets have mold. Nothing is taken care of and it’s a rough looking setup. And from my experience, the customer support reflects the whole setup. Very very, poor. Would not recommend to anyone.

Our party of 6 booked a 6 hour pontoon rental for September 12th, the 4 hour rentals showed all booked. This was our first choice. Our rental was from 9 AM to 3 PM. The confirmation email clearly stated to arrive early to review the safety rules. We arrived at 8:30 AM. At 9:30 AM no one had arrived to complete our boat rental and get us out on the lake. Myself and Max, another boat rental customer went looking for the owner to see if we could get moving. The managers of the adjoining camp ground made some calls for us and at 9:45 Skylar showed up and got Max and his party going. We cancelled our boat rental. Extremely poor communication, we will never book a boat rental with Westlake Water Sports again.

We enjoyed the perfect day out on the water with our pontoon boat rental from West Lake Watersports. The staff is very friendly and gives straightforward and thorough instructions. This is our third time renting from this company and we have had a great experience each time. We highly recommend their services.

These guys are just scammers they gave us the pontoon boat with broken propeller and when we came back they charged us for that.
They didn’t gave us sufficient fuel we were middle jn the water and there was no more fuel in the tank
And help came after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Staff were so rude and abusive. They don’t have knowledge about customer service.
They gonna give u broken propeller and gonna expect for brand new.
Totally scam is going on. Here am gonna share pictures as well.

Scam about the propeller damage from previous review is true. Got back the boat on time and they were like there is a propeller damage and charged 425$

Propeller didn’t hit anything and boat didn’t touch anything … proofs available

The funny part is that they didn’t agree to provide a receipt for the transaction at all
