We rented a pontoon boat and cruised the lake with a couple of swim stops. I liked that there was a radio on board. Great way to spend our first day on the lake. We checked out several parks from the water.

Need to rent a boat for the weekend on Canyon Lake, this the place! Super friendly people and great experience. This is a turnkey operation! They take care of everything, life jackets, towing the boat back and forth from the ramp. You literally get in the boat, they launch you and off you go. They even give you a heads up and a map of where to steer clear of due to low lake levels and where the best spots to boat and play! This is the third time renting from them. We rented pontoons and were great for our family. Next time we may rent a ski boat to take the kiddos tubing.

Our whole experience was awesome, start to finish. Beginning with Alexa on the phone while reserving, to Steve taking us to launch, and ensuring we were familiar with the boat, and the lake, to all the way back to Alexa again to settle up and take our next reservation. That’s right, we had so much fun we reserved another boat for Labor Day weekend. The equipment was clean and very serviceable, and ran like a top. I would highly recommend these fine folks for all of your boating needs while on Canyon Lake. Which gets me to the lake. Absolutely beautiful water and scenery. Very clear with high visibility. Not one complaint, period.

From start to finish a great experience. We rented a place .5 mile away, had no reservation, they luckily had a boat. If you need to complain about the cost, try buying your own boat and see what a headache & money grab that is (grew up on a lake). From the lady who told us where to park, the one who checked us in & out and the kid Josh who put our boat in & out of the water (wish I'd had cash to tip him). The experience was top notch. Highly recommend!!!

Everything from booking the boat to launching, picking up, to the boat itself was top notch. We had a deck boat for a whole day. The crew was very knowledgeable and give us pointers on what to explore in the lake and where all the dangerous locations were. We did not have any trouble with our boat at all. Very friendly staff, and lower prices than local competitors. Definitely will rent from again!

Worse experience ever. Would give zero stars if it would allow. Called and reserved for a full day pontoon rental 10 days in advance and gave credit card for deposit. The lady I spoke with gave me the ramp # they were using, time to be there to fill out paperwork, rules, and other general info. Said she does not send email confirmation but assured me she had me down. Arrived from three hours away with 4 couples to celebrate an upcoming wedding to find out she does not have me down at all and lies through her teeth about the info she gave me. But then has the audacity to say she does have a boat for only 4 hours but wants to charge me the 8 hour price. Completely ruined the weekend. I’m not sure how anybody runs a business this way and stays in business. No professionalism, respect or ethics whatsoever.

Family had a great time with one of the 6 person ski boats. Personnel was very nice and made sure that the two most important things were safety and fun. Great experience and will use again in the future.

We rented a pontoon for our first Canyon lake experience. We were pleased with our pontoon & the staff. Staff was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for spots on the lake. We will definitely rent from Watercraft rentals in the future.
