Great repair technique. It was a 20-minute drive from my home. The store master is a nice person. I did have another pair of boots messed up in another boot repair store.(Was also only changing the heels) So, I feel it is worth spending some time driving to this place.

I have to drive 90 minutes to get here. Great service with super high quality repairs. I brought in an old pair of Tony Lamas that looked better than new when he finished. New soles, heels, interior repairs, just awesome. I will use Villalobos for all my boot repairs.

Two pair of shoes were brought in for minor repairs. I called a week later and was told they would be ready the next day. I waited a day later only to find they couldn’t find my shoes. Not to mention they required full payment in advance!!
They called and said my shoes are ready BUT when I arrived, they were not!! Poor order system. I waited in the store for them to work on them!! Do not have confidence of their rushed work! Disappointing!

Lleve mis botas y par de zapatos para unas reparaciones. De dijeron que estarían listos en una semana. Una semana después y su systems de boletos y recibos está pésimo! No podían encontrar mis zapatos. Luego me llamaron para decirme que estaban listos y cuando llegó, NO HABÍAN ECHO NADA. No confío que el trabajo va a estar bien echo. Espere en la sala para que hicieran el trabajo mientras espero!! CUIDADO!

Villalobos custom boot and shoe repair did an amazing job with my boots. The heel was in bad shape and tip of my boots were peeling. They polished and fixed everything I asked for. Did it everything within three days. They text me to come and pick them up. The customer service is very friendly and prices are great. If you looking for a repair or any show I highly recommend them. Now my boots are ready to go on the dancing floor again! Love it! Thanks again!

This hidden gem is amazing! I dropped a pair of my husband’s cowboy boots for a sole repair and clean up and really put the soul back into these boots. My husband was so impressed he took 3 more pair of boots over and they made them look better than new. He’s also hoping get a custom pair of boots made there. The customer service is fantastic and the pride and quality that goes into the work is evident! I highly recommended Villalobos!

I drove to 4 alteration stores to get help with a hat that was too small. No one could help me. The last place I went to suggested a shoe store. They were absolutely AMAZING!! The fixed my hat on the spot, even though they work on shoes. They cut it and added elastic. I needed this hat for my pink bday party. They made my day!! Thank u so much!
