Chegando lá, com muita dificuldade encontrei um vendedor pra perguntar se tinha meu tamanho de uma bota, fiquei quase 30 minutos esperando ele e nada, perguntei novamente pra outra vendedora que nesse caso foi mais rápida e disse que não tinha meu tamanho. Sai de lá sem comprar, porém queria ter comprado uma bota quente para o inverno de NY

Just only one person (each floor) where we can pay at this big/popular location makes customers suffer to stand in line for more than 40 minutes just to buy. Need good management team to improve running the business.

Came to this store today 11/27 for a exchange. The manger; female India skintone with long hair, was AMAZING I didn’t get to catch her name because due to the chaos of so many customers in the store. She helped me find a seat, got the size I needed and got me out of there in less than 15 minutes. I’m 8 months pregnant and had anxiety from there being so many people. She made my transaction there a breeze, easy and simple. I truly appreciate her for that. Thank you again. (Wish I can include her name into this review)

So I enter UGG store and go to the back to check for the style of boot I want on my laptop I was sitting in a wait in the seating area with other people and of course the employee who is there greeted everybody except me

I took a screenshot of the boots that I wanted being the UGG Men's Emmett Duck Boot, Black, 12

However, I didn’t see the boots on display so when I asked employee, he tells me he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I show him the picture he didn’t ask another associate to check if we have them in stock he says he’ll look into it 10 minutes ago by no one assist me so I eventually wind up leaving. .

As the African-American men of color and someone who works in retail I can’t help it note that the ugly employees are more likely to speak to tourists being the Italians and the Japanese and or Chinese and some of the people from Spain but clearly being a black man who’s a New Yorker but the lack of help was very discerning

However, I do prefer UGG boots to timberlands, so I simply went back downstairs and ordered my boots on Amazon and I will never ever sets a foot in this location again

Today, Tuesday, November 5th, a short brunette woman with glasses. She was standing at the cash register in the women's section. She was definitely racist. Today, I shopped there with my hearing impaired cousin. The woman who helped us, I thought she was Indian, was very sweet and patiently helped with everything. I paid at the cash register and left my stuff there because my cousin from Holland and I were still going to New York. This was asked to the manager first and after she confirmed it, the salesperson passed it on to the woman at the cash register. But the woman never smiled. She gave me the receipt and didn't say anything like have a nice day or goodbye. I thought it wasn't over and waited. Then she looked at me as if to say what are you waiting for, I asked if it was over, she nodded and I left. My cousin told me that I was just smiling but she was just looking at my face. I thought maybe she was upset about something. When we went to get our stuff, there was a transaction in line and I waited for it to finish. Then, just as I was about to tell her that we were here to get our packages, she interrupted me and pointed to the next customer waiting for the transaction, but she knew that I was only going to get my packages. And even though I had to catch the bus, I waited for that transaction too, and then nothing. Without saying anything, she slowly handed me the bags and I took them without saying anything and left. When I noticed that she was smiling and talking to the customers in front of me, I was sure that this attitude was specific to me. I think she was uncomfortable with my headscarf. As long as these people work, I will not shop there again.

I didn't purchase anything from this store. It was a pick up from an online order that wouldn't deliver to my home. The store looked clean and spacious and a security guard was present. The gentleman who took care of me was polite and courteous. If I ever make an in person store purchase or even have to pick my order up again, I would come to this location.
