Saw these boots online a lot- was interested but intimated to order. Finding this store was so perfect! Got to try on several pairs to get a feel for their quality and style. Ordered my boots then with staff and received at home real quick! Great staff and incredible store!

Thursday was great, and John was super helpful, friendly and patient finding a newbie like me the right pair of boots! The prices are very reasonable, and quality seems excellent so far.

Note that Thursday's online inventory is extensive, they have lots of different models and colors, and this store understandably does not stock everything.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I was helped by this amazing young lady named Trinity, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products I was looking at. She helped make my decision on which boots suited me best. My experience was a 10/10

How is it possible that a flagship showroom does not have 3 of the 4 boots we wanted to try? (common sizes, common model). It makes no sense to me. Also, the post-order internet customer support is absolutely abysmal. Was really looking forward to Thursday boots but it is a poor shopping experience.

Dropped by the SoHo location maybe a week ago. I bought a pair of dress shoes and my second pair of captains. Manny was very knowledgeable about how I should be caring for my shoes including how to clean and condition them. Super helpful, and very patient with all of my questions. Thanks manny, my shoes look GREAT!

Had such a great time today! The new showroom was so beautiful and everyone was so helpful - Trinity was so kind and helped me buy the new Vandals - they’re so cute and I loved the vintage tobacco! I’ll be back soon!
