I have a pair of waterproof full height leather boots that I got here three years ago. Although i do not wear them daily, they take a beating and are comfortable. The salesman was very helpful. Yes, a little expensive, but i will get 10 years out of the boots. This place is for working people!

Great value for a durable work shoe. Especially if you work in a trade where you are on your feet all day. Best of all they have my last purchases in their computer so I don't have to remember the size and style. For under 160 maybe 100 if they have a sale you can get a work shoe that you will not be disappointed with plus your in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not related just where I get my boots best value on 58.

Logan you are absolutely right! Yes redwing has a one year warranty on defects especially boots. However if your sock package was labeled lifetime warranty which you say then they should’ve given you a free sock. Why lose a customer over a sock! I have redwing socks with package saying lifetime warranty! I see you took a pic that says lifetime warranty! I gave store 3 stars because they are usually a good store

This store was the worst place I went in my life, the sales man didn’t want me to try the shoes or even touch them. He was so racist because he thinks Latin people can’t afford this kind of shoes. He also suggested me to go to Walmart. I hope the owner take care of this kind of employee.

DO NOT purchase boots from this store. The owner operated on a bait and switch philosophy. When I purchased the boots his major selling point was that they have a 6 month warranty and if anything ever fails they would be replaced with no issue. Well fast forward to now the toe area of my boot has a rip in it and he refuses to replace them telling me that " all sales are final" and that there is nothing he can do. Here I was supporting local business and I got burned. THIS is not how you operate a business.

Great boot selection. I can’t believe the pettiness of people complaining about boots normally breaking after months of hard use. Do you complain at other major stores that sell the exact boots and demand new ones be given to you after you put them through hell? Fake accounts being used to review by disgruntled petty people.

I recently had a very positive experience at this store, I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. As a diabetic, they knew exactly the type of shoe and support I would need to prevent complications down the road. I am also a Member of Service (Fire & EMS), and the selection of shoes and boots they have are impressive. Finally a great shoe store in the area, thank you!!!
