Great western wear spot in Bastrop with a huge selection of boots and clothing. Needed a belt and stopped in for a quick shopping visit. The staff was very helpful - greeted me when I walked in and asked me if I needed help - and pointed me in the right direction. If I had more time I would have looked through the huge boot sale they have going on now (November) I think 30-70% off. Everyyhing is well organized and well stocked. Definitely going to stop by again soon and browse the boots and clothes.

Store is okay overall, but don't have them add holes to a belt. I bought this belt from them today, and they offered to add a notch because I was in between sizes. I appreciated the offer and took them up on it. However, they clearly weren't equipped to actually provide that service as they basically butcherred the belt. I didn't really get a look at it until I got home. I wish I had checked more thoroughly before I left the store.

What an incredible boot buying experience! This was my first pair of REAL boots and Harley treated me SO well! She put up with all the rookie questions and made the process so fun. I've already got my eye on my next pair of Black Jack's thanks to her. Thank you Texas Boot Company, Harley and the entire team at the store! LOVE these boots!

Zoey is arguably one of the nicest and most knowledgeable women we have ever met in a country western store or any store for that matter. We actually tried to steal her for my son's company but she was too loyal to the Texas Boot Company. I 100% will be coming back to the store just because of Zoey

I retract my previous review. My refund was handled and seemed like it was a communication error from the manufacturer, not Texas Boot Co. fault. Thank y’all for your prompt attention when I expressed my concerns and handling it with the upmost professionalism. I came back in and bought a nice pair of Anderson Beans and got a heck of a deal.

I love these guys and have purchased several boots from them. Alexis ROCKS in fulfilling the orders and follows up with me making sure everything is good. I have even received a personal email from the owner himself thanking me for my business. These weren’t computer generated form letters they were personalized emails from the owner. If you’re looking to be dealing with decent folks who honor each of you as a customer, these are your folks. Grateful for all the great boots I’ve received and the wonderful customer service.

Great customer service from the whole team! Contacted them about a few items I was interested in and I was pleasantly surprised. A big shout out to Kylie! She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and she even made sure to contact me with all updates regarding a specific item, saving me a lot of time in the long run. Probably the best boot store in Texas. I’ve been to a few including Allen’s in Austin and the usual chain stores. But this is a different level. Recently expanded floor space. Great knowledgeable staff who pay attention and actually know about the products they are selling. They also have a great website and instagram account. They now stock Resistol and Hyer cowboy boots as well as there traditional stock of good Texan boots including R Watson, Anderson Bean, Olathe and HorsePower. Definitely worth stopping in for boots. As well as hats.
