I've lived here for almost 3 years and love it! ❤️ After these hurricanes, the Manager Jen, and her AMAZING staff had a generator going for residents to charge phones and fans! They had food and coffee and supported everyone that needed to get their cars out of the garages! Every single person from Leasing people to Maintenance to the Manager are so kind! I am so happy that my Dad just rented from here too! We are extremely happy with all the service we have received. They always go above and beyond! Thank you so much!! Great apartments. Prompt competent service. Love the granite countertops, laminate floors, crown molding, stainless appliances. We are close to good restaurants and shops too. And I enjoy sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the canal, and reading. Close to libraries too!

The New Pond is Beautiful!

In all seriousness, I am irate. A pool was a deal-breaker and when we moved in there was a beautiful pool. This “two week” pool resurfacing project is going into 6 weeks, without a contractor in sight. There is no end in sight. The onsite management is friendly but powerless. My hypothesis is that offsite upper management cheaped out on an unreliable contractor. There are *many* other issues around here. (Have you heard of cabinets falling off the wall before?! Yes, entire cabinets. Happens here.) The owners don’t care about the people living in this so-called luxury apartment community. They want the least amount of money in for the maximum amount of money out.

We have lived here for almost 3 years, and we have been happy to keep resigning our lease! Nick’s maintenance team is great and are always available to get the job done. They also recently started a Book Club for residents which has been a great way to meet neighbors!

Be aware that if you are visiting friends at these apartments that they have closed the visitor parking indefinitely and they have worked a deal to have tow trucks from BBB F-rated CommTow cycle through on a regular basis to tow anyone without a resident permit. You cannot park anywhere in or near these apartments without a $145 cash tow fee.

What an amazing property in the best location in the heart of Palm Harbor. Minutes from the mall, restaurants, the Trinity area, Countryside and so much more. The property is always clean and what a great team.

Shady on move out final bill of crap removed from security deposit. Charged from our security deposit were fees for garbage and and pest control for prior months already paid and not prorated for the 5 days we were there for August. Only positive thing I'll say is that they were quick to fix issues.

I went and toured this place as a potential place to move to and I absolutely loved what I saw, so I thought I would give them a review. The leasing agent I spoke to was Eric. Even though he was expecting a client, he took the time to speak with me and My mom about the property and allowed to tour the unit, ask questions and he spent some time getting to know us. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Eric. We will be contacting you soon for an official appointment so we can get more details. We appreciate you! For anyone that is looking for an apartment to rent, go see Eric! He is awesome!
