Poor customer service. We needed to exchange a NEW pair of boots purchased. We had to mail and a return label at our expense only to have company deny our exchange. The only wear was trying on in store. Out $60 in UPS fees and ended up with the boots we mailed originally - that we cannot use. Disappointing!
