Very poor leadership and it shows.. Associates and or managers are rude. Tried asking for assistance in the front on a pick up order and the lady disregarded me. After getting in line we are stuck for about 10-15mins with a return from a lady ahead of us. One of the girls on the left of us who was working on go backs asked (I’m assuming her boss or supervisor) should I jump on to support the line and the lady was like no let them wait. Loud enough to bluntly let us all know. If you need to go to a nice Target I would recommend driving to the Sante Fe Springs or Whittier one. These worker are apparently too overwhelmed to care about their customers.
I work retail as a store manager and my team knows better to treat their customers the way they do here. It’s Black Friday weekend I get it but the job will get done no matter what. Take a chill pill.

I ordered a 65 inch TV on line...
I got an Email from Target stating that my order was going to be ready in 2 hours...when I got to the store 2 hours later my order was there ready for pick up...
Ordering on line from Target it's easy... fast and convenient...

The restrooms are always disgusting at this location. The first time I thought it was just an off day and staff wasn’t able to get to cleaning the restroom that day but this is how the restroom has looked the past 3 times I’ve been here.
This time I went in right after staff had cleaned and the stalls still looked like this and the floors had mud scattered around. Looked like instead of cleaning up the staff member had just dumped a bucket of water on the floor and called it a day

Staff is friendly and helpful. The restroom was disgusting and smelly, two stalls were clogged . Overall the store is clean. Even though we're still in October there's a few Christmas things around the store.

Staff is lazy AF. We asked the two girls working at the makeup department if they can assist us with opening one of locked up items. She claimed she was going to get the keys to open it but after waiting 10 mins we just realized she never went to go get the keys and was just there standing talking to another one of her coworkers.

This is false advertisement! I been coming here for a while and everything went great.
However, the last couple times I come here to get diaper that's then I felt the deals they had is ripped off. It says if I spend $100 or more I get $20 gift cards on baby supplies such as diaper, baby health etc. apparently I have to scan the barcode to see if is eligible. But on the board it did not mansion that. It even have the sign next to the baby health supplies but apparently it doesn't count. Smh
