Estive eu e meu marido no dia July 15 para fazermos passeio de Jetski com esta empresa chamada SWS. Nosso horário marcado era para início as 10 am, quando chegamos lá, assinamos todos os papéis necessários para início do passeio, quando terminamos vieram nos avisar que não poderíamos fazer o passeio pois estava com previsão de trovoadas e chuva (até aí tudo bem), Porém falaram que teríamos que voltar uma hora depois, foi aí que meu marido sugeriu que eles trocassem números de telefone para que eles pudessem avisar quando estivesse tudo bem. Uma hora depois meu marido enviou SMS para companhia para saber se poderíamos fazer o passeio, pois até então não tivemos nenhum retorno, então eles nos ligaram informando que poderíamos voltar que iríamos conseguir fazer o passeio.
Tudo bem, voltamos para o Dock para pegarmos o Jetski para começarmos o nosso tão esperado passeio. PORÉM, quando vieram nos entregar o Jetiski, mais surpresas!
Enquanto a mocinha estava nos passando as orientações de como pilotar o Jetski e nos mostrar o motor, el percebeu que dentro do mesmo estava com muita água, e então ela informa para o colega dela que estava colocando gasolina no jetski que iríamos usar, e então ele chamou o gerente e começaram a tirar a água de dentro do jetski antes de nos entregar e a gente vendo tudo isso, ou seja, nenhuma manutenção realizada antes de chegarmos lá, tudo feito no horário que era para tudo maravilhosamente bem para pegarmos o jetski.
Ok, finalizaram a manutenção e nos entregaram o jetski, começamos o passeio… duas horas depois, meu marido estava pilotando o jetski e parou um pouco para descansar, estávamos parados na água e o jetski começou a VIRAR, do nada! Caímos dentro da água e o jetski ficou virado de ponta cabeça, estávamos tentando desvirar, sem sucesso, quando algumas pessoas vieram em um barco em nossa direção e nos ajudaram dando dicas de como desvirar. Finalmente conseguimos, porém a gente subia no jetski e ele não aguentava, virava de novo mesmo parado. Tivemos que voltar para o Dock da SWS no barco desse pessoal que foram maravilhosos em nos ajudar e tivemos que puxar o jetski com uma corda.
Chegando no Dock da SWS, eles nem perguntaram se estávamos bem, nem mesmo falaram com a gente só começaram a mexer no jetski e preocupados em tirar UM MAR de água que estava dentro dele.
Equipe totalmente despreparada, não se preocupa com seus clientes e bem estar dos mesmo só estavam preocupados com o jetski.
(Aconteceram mais coisas, mas se eu for escrever tudo daria um livro)
Péssima qualidade de serviço, péssima experiência que tivemos com essa companhia.

I recently had the most incredible waterskiing experience at SWS Deerhurst, and I can confidently say it was a five-star adventure! The highlight of this fantastic experience was undeniably the boat driver, Will, who truly made this outing unforgettable.

Will is nothing short of the best boat driver I have ever encountered. From the moment we stepped aboard the boat, it was evident that he possessed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in navigating the waters. His skillful maneuvers and attentive approach ensured a smooth and thrilling ride for all of us.

One aspect that truly impressed me was Will's ability to get all three of my kids up waterskiing. It was their first time attempting waterskiing, and I honestly didn't think they would succeed so quickly. But with Will's patient and encouraging demeanor, he guided them through each step, providing clear instructions that made it seem effortless. The joy on my kids' faces as they glided across the water was simply priceless.

Besides being an exceptional boat driver, Will's impeccable manners and well-spoken nature added an extra layer of professionalism to the whole experience. He was attentive to our needs and preferences, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout the journey. His friendly demeanor and genuine passion for watersports made us feel right at home.

The entire staff at SWS Deerhurst also deserves praise for their hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were warmly welcomed, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a safe and enjoyable outing. The equipment provided was top-notch and well-maintained, reflecting the company's commitment to quality service.

Without a doubt, I will be coming back to SWS Deerhurst for more waterskiing adventures. The combination of the stunning location, excellent equipment, and, most importantly, the unparalleled boat driving skills of Will make it an unbeatable destination for watersports enthusiasts.

In conclusion, if you're seeking an extraordinary waterskiing experience, SWS Deerhurst is the place to be. With Will as your boat driver, you're in for a treat. I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating and recommend this fantastic establishment to anyone looking for an adventure-filled and memorable time on the water.

DO NOT RENT JET-SKIS FROM HERE. On Monday July 12, I had rented 2 jetskis from SWS for 5 hours including a security deposit of $5000, $2500 per jetski, one of them was fine the other one was filling with water as soon as we started driving away from the dock with it and had a MISSING BUMPER to begin with. Within 40 minutes I had to call them back to service the jetski and pick us up from a random dock due to the jetski sinking. They took it and we returned the second jetski as well because we were a big group and one jetski was not worth it. This is where it gets WORSE. The on duty manager, Cameron who was very understanding, as well as, Val, one of the team members assured us that they would have an answer for us by the next day 10-10:30 because we were checking out of the resort and had a 3 hour drive back gome. This answer would inform us if we would get the $2500 security deposit refunded or not and if any addition charges would be made. All this while they have our security deposit for 2 jetskis and refused to return $2500 for the perfectly fine jetski after stating that if they were to refund us they would have to charge an additional $2500? After AN HOUR THEY FINALLY AGREED. The next day we arrive at the shop at 10am the staff there had no idea what was going on and the new on duty manger, unaware of her name, got in contact with Cameron got caught up on the situation and even indirectly called my family and I liars when we said the staff from yesterday told us they would have an answer for us today, she said “Cameron wouldn’t promise that” which is absolutely ridiculous because she was not even there and without any knowledge of the situation was making conclusions that we lied. We live 3 hours away and drove home without knowing if we would get our money back or get additional charges. And a whole day later they weren’t answering our calls or letting us know what was going on. They are a complete mess. WE had to call multiple times and after getting ignored 3 days later we finally got an answer from the owner of the company who demanded respect over the phone because THEY WERE DEALING WITH FATALITIES ON A DIFFERENT BOAT!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU WISH TO HAVE A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Worst jetski rental EVER!!!!!

Gorgeous place surrounded by nature. Came to visit in mid October, we had wonderful weather which was a bonus! Deerhurst Resort offers great spots for hiking, water sports, photography, painting, etc, etc. It's close to Algonquin provincial park and the town of Huntsville. Don't miss visiting or staying at this place, the area of Muskoka is gorgeous. I hope you enjoy your stay and time here as much as I enjoyed mine.
