We love Suntex Boat Club at Chandlers. They make us feel like we are part of a family and take care of everything for us. If we have an issue they work quickly to resolve it and communicate. Everyone we have encountered is friendly and accommodating. The boats are beautiful and the ones we have taken out show the depth of the water to avoid low areas. We show up and they take care of the rest and provide all the lake toys and life jackets. The pricing is much more affordable than owning a boat and paying for a slip. I was pleasantly surprised and have not been disappointed. The website to reserve a boat shows pictures and gives a description of the boats to choose from. The shop inside has some clothing and items you may have forgotten. The whole place has a great feel.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Worst service ever. It was very unprofessional, ran by kids, who do not understand customer service at all. My family and I had a boat scheduled for my dad's birthday. We get ONE call from Gabby, who didn't even call the correct person who is the contact for the boat rental, left no details as to why she's calling 45 minutes before we are supposed to be there. We call back two minutes later, no one answers and it just rings. We continue to call at least 15 more times before arriving to the marina. Once we are there, we are told our reservation was canceled due to wind. Gabby was very unprofessional and giggling when she told us it was canceled then proceeded to tell us the phones weren't working, but answered the phone after we left.

I would recommend using a different marina for boat rentals and save yourself the headache.

This was a premium experience for our family. When we showed up we were greeted by friendly folks and the boat was ready. It was a new boat and everything worked as it should. Easy enough for us to fish and tube for a morning. Definitely recommend Angus, Elleah, Angus and Taylor.

10 people drove one hour for their double Decker slide pontoon boat. Reservations were made weeks in advance. They called 10 minutes before we were supposed to get on the boat to let us know that a propeller broke the day before. Had us use a much smaller boat that could not accommodate what we are trying to do for a few hours while they fixed it. 15 mins on the water and they called to say it would not be fixed.... and in additional, they charged us full price for that rental (they comped gas). They should have called the night before or a few hours earlier that morning before we drove out there. And then they should have given a much better discount than the free gas.

Booked a rental boat a week in advance for my boyfriends birthday to plan accordingly . The day of just 3 hours before reservation they call to tell me the boat came back messed up last night . When they could have done something about it last night when they checked it back in or that morning. They told me all they had was a center console fishing boat. Being the weekend of memorial weekend everything was booked which is understandable. We settled for that considering we had no other option . Later on an hour before reservation time they call again saying the wind speed was above 15. While we were having brunch on the lake over viewing several boats on the lake . I can understand the wind speed situation but it was just disappoint after disappoint. Seems like unless you are a boat club member you might have a chance at being more of a priority. Just don’t recommend getting a rental boat from there .

These clowns advertise a trunk or treat requiring donations.

Advertise Halloween fun, trick or treating and more fun. We made sure to bring plenty of donations and brought the family down for nothing.

There was two places to get a piece of candy half a mile from each other and that’s it. Officially the lamest Halloween event ever.

We talked with multiple groups saying the same, what a disappointment, waste of everyone’s time.

Don’t advertise an event you can’t pull off.
