I am reaching out to address a persisting issue with an order I placed in March. Despite having returned the boots due to sizing issues, I have yet to receive any confirmation of the return, a refund, or even a response that meets my expectations from your customer service team.

Per your return policy, I anticipated either a timely refund or a replacement pair of boots that fit correctly. Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups via emails and phone calls, this matter remains unresolved, causing considerable inconvenience.

I urgently request a comprehensive review of this situation and an immediate update on the status of my refund. Kindly acknowledge this correspondence and provide a definitive timeline for the resolution. Your prompt and decisive action in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I spent $250 on a pair of boots for work. I ended up not liking the fit, or the style after receiving them in the mail. Southwest boot company's return policy is absolutely trash. This company is not at all customer friendly. I tried to return the boots after 2 weeks, never worn, and I threw away the shoebox so they would not honor a refund. Trash service, hate the boots, overall trash company.

Southwest Boots are affordable and ok quality. Most of their boots look like seconds that they would sell at a discounted price. Customer service is garbage. I purchased my last pair. On to the next company.

Been buying my boots from these guys for over 10+ years now. Don't bother with other major brands as they fall apart after a few short months. If you want high quality boots that are comfortable and last, look no further.

I know for a fact the boots are good because I’ve used them before. My first pair took me from my first day on the job as an EMT, through medic school, and we’ll beyond. However, when I ordered this pair I did so needing them within two weeks. I ordered them almost that long ago and it’s still telling me the order is “processing.” It’s unacceptable. Have tried calling them 8 times, have emailed them 3 times, up to the point of telling them that if they don’t respond I’ll have to dispute the charge. Crickets. The Escondido uniform store carries the same boots (in D width sizes only) so now my bank has to reverse the charge or I’ll be charged for one pair of boots twice. Good product, horrid service and communication.

I’ve been buying all my work boots here for nearly 30 years. Best boots I’ve ever found. I’m on my feet all day sometimes 14 hours straight. I love these boots and the service that comes with them. If you’re in the Los Angeles area, I would stop by and see the quality in person. If you’re shopping online, know that they are a solid company with excellent products.

I can't review the quality of their boots because they haven't sent me any. After a month of Southwest Boot Co. keeping my funds, and several days in between email replies asking where my boots were, I had no choice but to issue a charge back for my money. Within a few hours, the company owner "Joe" emailed me saying :I could have just asked for a refund" and that "now he has to fill out paperwork to acknowledge the dispute."

Probably some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and I buy online very regularly. As someone that has purchased boots from several other manufacturers, I would steer clear of this company and look into 5.11 or Bates boots. At least their customer service responds and ships its products.

Great pair of boots, been wearing them for years. Comfortable, easy to break in, durable and they last for a long time if you take good care of the leather. You can even have them resoled if the condition is good and they do offer that service. Danner, Red Wing, etc...worn them all and they aren’t even comparable to Southwest Boot Company.
