I would never do business with this company. Owners have proven to be dishonest, frauds and thieves. They purchase items and then trade them for broken/used junk to get a refund. Whoever is ordering parts for the 2006 C4500 4x4 is ordering new parts and then returning junk parts for a refund. That's fraud. Sad this had to be my experience with your business. It was not miscommunication, it was zero communication. I've sent several messages and have gotten no replies.

I rarely post a review. Mostly becuase it takes a great deal to impress me. However, in this case, there should be a 10 star rating!! In my 35 years of business dealings, I have NEVER experienced such professionalism and forward thinking!

There is no such thing as a perfect boat,(mine especially) and for me usually its the dealer that just adds to the stress. It's no secret Mastercraft has earned a reputation, I see now it's because of Dealers like South Florida Marine.

I am so glad I drove across the state to buy a used MC! Nestor, Brandon, Dan, Justin, etc ... Time after time prove to be top notch. At the top of the list is the Outstanding Owner Mike! I can't believe he has owned it for 30 years and is still the Quintessential MasterCraft dude!

Case in point, we started off spring break with a break down on day one, at 15 minutes to close on a Friday! Mike(yes the owner) not only answered the phone, but saved our vacation at the expense of his own personal time and expense. They all treat you like family, and from my experience, especially so when you need it most! They have given loyalty a new name and earned a customer for life in me. I shopped(and owned) the other brands and dealers in FL, if you want the best for a bargain, Call South Florida Marine!

This second boat we purchase from SFLM. I have to say that the dealership is great. I do not have a single complaint. Buying experience with Nestor is top notch.
