Rented a pontoon for afternoon of September 28th for a bachelorette party.

Received a phone call from then in the morning that the water was pretty choppy and they didn’t know if the conditions would
Be good to go out. The discussion ended that we would come down and decide later in the day if we would take the pontoon out.

We went down to the port and checked conditions, it was bright and sunny and there were 3-4 pontoon boats out in the port. Choppy but not terrible.

We got to skipper buds just before 1:30pm, a little bit later than and found that the rental office was locked and no one in sight. Talked to one of the mechanics and he was barely helpful enough to confirm that the rental office was shut. We received no phone calls of cancellation or that they were closing up shop early.

Very disappointed at the lack of communication and customer service. We rented here once before and had a great time, this time wasn’t the case.

This place provided the MOST BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a very long time. Everything was perfect. The view, the server Shannon was ON POINT and all around lovely person. Prompt, professional, and polite service from the staff. Reasonable prices, & GREAT FOOD!

Rented a pontoon boat from here and had a great experience. The attendant we had was Jack , he was great and very helpful and the manager Jason was awesome as well. Their customer service was good and the rental its self was amazing. My kids absolutely loved it. Would recommend.

Parking here is an absolute embarrassment. Parked in an open parking spot, there was NO SIGN whatsoever stating that parking in that spot was reserved or prohibited, came out after dinner and our vehicle had been towed. If you value your time and money, avoid this predatory dump at all costs..

Rented the 10 passenger pontoon boat for 4 hours, we had a blast. Very nice pontoon, it had leather seats, and a canopy that really shielded us from the sun. Kids loved it, and Milwaukee riverfront is clean and gorgeous. Will definitely do again next time we visit. Melody was very easy to work with and very friendly. 5 stars!

Been their many many times,the food was good,the view was off the charts,our server olivia,service started off very poor,she never once the whole nite,ever asked how was the food,it was a major task to get her attention for anything,she's Been there for awhile & they say her aunts a manager,so she may feel,great effort isn't needed,she's locked in.the food was good,the view was priceless,my date had never been their before,she loved it,the service did improve the last 10 minutes to help our opinion, but over all it was steady,not crazy busy,like I've seen many times before there.
