Great People and staff ! This place gets a 10 all the way around. We held a benefit Tournament at the Sea hag marina , Capt Brett went above and beyond to help with everything. Owner , Danielle is pretty awesome her self.

I rented a wet slip for the weekend at sea hag the people and atmosphere were fantastic! Some very sweet lady’s at the end of the dock cleaned our scallops for $12 per lbs. be sure to leave room in your budget for the store on site it’s full of great equipment! The restrooms were super clean and the bar (not a restaurant) was very convenient.

The Sea Hag is our go-to during scallop season. We rent a wet slip for our boat and get our ice, supplies and snacks while we’re in town from the friendly Sea Hag staff. The fish/scallop cleaning stations are cleaned daily and they empty the buckets throughout the day, so it never stinks. The new tiki bar and store are beautiful and well-stocked. The boat slips are roomy and easy to access. The pool is nice and the rooms are all different, but all very comfortable and perfect for a fun fishing adventure. There’s a food truck that has some yummy options all day during season. Our family looks forward to our annual visit and the Sea Hag is one of the highlights of our trip every time.

Beware, my review is long and ugly.

We rented a $249 flats boat for scallop diving last weekend from the Sea Hag. The price is painted on the side of the boat. We were charged $299. We were late getting started....got to the Sea Hag about 1pm...long drive. Our boat failed within an hour of rental and before we could reach a scallop diving spot. The radio on the boat was broken so we called in using a cell phone. They said a mechanic would come right out. About an hour later we called back and were told he couldn't find us. But, it turned out he was sitting 100 yards away talking with his buddies. He left his friends and came over and tried to fix our boat. He couldn't. So we gave us his boat After our late start, the boat failure, lost and ineffective mechanic, it was about 4:30 and we were reminded it would cost us $50 for every half hour we were late turning the boat in (after 5). So we turned around and drove back to the marina.

The Sea Hag team was unapologetic. Never mind that we had taken the day off and driven 5 hours to rent a boat that failed....immediately. After reminding us it was NOT THEIR FAULT we didn't get on the water earlier. They offered to buy the gas we used. $18.92 worth. Wow, thanks. We rent your $249 boat for $299, use it for about an hour, 30 minutes of which it was going about 7mph. We never reached a diving spot, then we are offered a $18.92 credit on our $317.92 invoice. A 6% refund on a boat that 100% FAILED. In the end, I think they gave us a 1/2 rental refund. $100 of the $299. 33% is better, but again the boat 100% failed. We did not dive for scallops. We did take the day off, drive along way, pay for 67% of a boat that wouldn't run, rent a house, etc.

My advice: rent from these folks at your own risk. Clarify the warranty/refund policy. Don't bother "appealing" the rough verdict from the front line customer service team. The owner is just as rough and doesn't care anymore than the minimum wage team.

All in all a 1 star experience. I will certainly look for options other than the Sea Hag next time we want to scallop dive.

I did not have the pleasure of going out with Capt. Randy Harris, but I did have the pleasure of my hub exploding on my trailer causing me to be broke down on the side of the road and Capt. Randy was nice enough to stop and help. Pointed us towards the Sea Hag Marina and was able to get the hub replacement and was back on the road in no time. Thank you Capt. Randy and Sea Hag Marina for all the help. Highly Recommend!!

Nice upgrade on marina and rooms since the hurricane. Staff is always friendly. Prices are too high during scallop season but I get it.

Stayed in the Scallywag- really going downhill from previous years. Kitchen cupboards & dishes/pots/pans/utensils were dirty. Even found a dead cockroach in the cupboard that had been there for a while. Coffee maker doesn't work. Air conditioning on lower level remains at 69 and runs nonstop.

Great location to get gas and things you need for the boat. The tackle store and merchandise store was very nice. I did not stay in any of the condos, however looks like a really nice place to chill out on a Friday night
