This place looks like it has age and lots of experience inside of it! This man was able to fix my shoes quickly and carefully and was very pleasant. It was my first time using this business, and I'll admit I was nervous, but he put me at ease and should me his plan. He was patient and caring and made great suggestions for future pairs. I highly recommend!

Meh. Did the job. Surprised the shoes were not cleaned up a bit. Couldn’t repair my others ones but unable to tell me WHY. Like..you can’t fix them, I’d expect you to be able to tell me why

My experience was great. The lady was kind and helpful when I dropped off and picked up. The man does nice work. He fixed a torn out sleeve and pocket off of a thick suede leather jacket. Looks great. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. All good for me. Try to avoid talking on your phone while there. The Mrs did get a little annoyed with the lady next to me chatting on her phone while dropping off shoes.

I am writing this review in regards using them my first time last year. I felt the price on repairing my shoes were over priced for the fix. I brought in 3 black boots, all needed to replace the heel sole and the top layer of the outer sole (bottom of boots). The cost is $60 per boots so total charged me $140.00. I was like fine, here fix it and I'll wait a week to come back to get it. I hate that their business hours of operation are limited. The time on Google said till 8PM but I called them two days ago, they said 4:30PM. Ya know people have to work the 9-5 job on their feet a lot to make ends meet. Btw the lady that greeted me was rude and abrupt and the older gentlemen in the back wore a glasses that does all the work was very responsive and sweet. I would love to come back but after using my boots again since they repaired it. It all broke again. I will have to go somewhere else to get it done professionally right.

Excellent workmanship! Takes pride in doing good work. Though my boots were less than expensive they were treated with the same respect of someone bringing in very fine western boots. The Worn heel was replaced with better material than what it was purchased with and I was not judged or belittled for having such in expensive boot wear in other words he took care genuine care that is so rare these days. I'll drive out of my way anytime I need Footwear repair they also have belts polishes another items for the care for fine leather goods

Highly recommend this place. He explain me why my shoes can't be repaired, or how much will cost me if I wanted to, but repair will not last long. Appreciate his honesty and I absolutely will come back with some other shoes to be repair.

I'm so ? I went to take my heels to this shoe store. Only one shoe was messed up. Why they fix both shoes!!! Commonsense you should know I needed one shoe fix . Now they want me to pay 40 bucks. The guy that fix the shoes heard me and came to the front. He said u have to be specific! I was like wth! This shoe was perfectly fine it was just one shoe!!! I only gave them both shoes so they can see how I wanted them to look!
