We rented a jet ski from here and had an awesome morning on the lake. The staff on the phone were quite abrupt and not super helpful, but I’ll give them a pass because when we arrived everything went great. We signed forms and were given a professional orientation to the machine. The jet ski worked wonderfully, and we had a blast!

My experience with this company is beyond amazing ! Gina is so professional and organized and her communication skills are the best ! I was informed of all the details and everything was as promised !the boat was clean and neat and the staff was great! Everything we asked for was provided and they were very helpful !

From an event planner’s POV:
This exchange is not worth the drama! Gina was an unprofessional representation of this company. Her attitude towards a paying customer was very demeaning and unaccommodating. Gina turned aggressively defensive during our exchange and another one with the client and another vendor. Instead of taking accountability, she chose to be messy, gossip and spread lies amongst all parties involved. The day of the rental, she was not of assistance nor onsite. She sent an employee whom was late and very unhelpful during the set up hours. Not to mention how filthy and unkept the boat was. My clients have rented from Sam’s dock in the past, but this encounter made it our LAST TIME using this company thanks to this experience with Gina.

Had a great time and experience to kick off Memorial Day Weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pontoon boats aren’t the newest but they are clean, well maintained and have everything you need to enjoy a good time on the water. They just need to get call waiting because if you call while on the water and they are on the phone, you can’t get through. I will be back. That is for sure.

We rented a pontoon boat for a 4 hour block. Upon arriving at the boat we noticed that this "Bentley" model was far from it. These boats have been seriously neglected. During inspection with employee we found several empty beer cans mixed in with the moldy life jackets. Torn seats, deck crushed in on every corner, and gates that would not latch. When I made a comment on the condition, we were told that a new fleet was on its way. Still cant believe I paid over $500 for this experience. We have rented across the country while vacationing with the family and this by far was the absolute worse boat. I'd look at other options.

What a fantastic experience and a great place to make memories!!! Ask for Ashton. Great customer service with a clean, friendly atmosphere, with great prices. My father came in town, so I grabbed my two young sons and we rented some jet skis. It was a time my dad, sons, and I will never forget. We will definitely be back to make some more memories!!! Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for the memories!!!!
