I had them resole 2 pairs of red wings boots (~$150 each): one pair has been great while the other has been a disaster. The sole bulges out and doesn't feel flat on the ground which is pretty uncomfortable to the point of being unwearable. Beware on resoling boots: there's no warranty and they will not own their poor workmanship and will leave you with dealing with the brand's phone customer service.

went there today to get safety boots and the man at the counter was really nice, showed me all my options as a woman looking for a specific type of safety shoes. gave me honest tips on which ones to get, was really nice to me and did the scan and walk, gave me a pair to try on as well as different soles. talked to me about the warranty and overall was really friendly, patient, and informative! had a great experience !!

Great store. Customer service is excellent. I was shopping for new iron ranger boots and David polished up my 10-year-old boots and added new laces while I tried on new boots. Friendly, helpful, great place to shop for boots or cool accessories; gloves, glasses, and hats. Definitely recommend!

I went to Red Wing Shoes at
345 4th Ave. in Brooklyn today, looking to purchase a pair of boots for work.
A salesman, named Obren came to help me. I have to say that the customer service I received from Obren was so outstanding that I’m giving him a review here so that his employer knows what an asset Obren is to their company. You just don’t find the kind of service I received anywhere, anymore. It was refreshing, and I feel that such customer service should be recognized. I want his employer to know how grateful I was for Obren’s knowledge of their products. Thanks again Obren!

This location is one of the best locations I’ve visited thus far previously went to the Jersey store. It was OK but these individuals are not trying to push you out the store. They trying to make sure you’re happy and they doing everything they can to make sure you are satisfied, unbelievable experience

The most knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have just spent an hour here with Obrin (excuse spelling!) and his patience and guidance were amazing. I’m thrilled with my new pair.
