Hurricane Helene flooded my house and soaked some purses that belonged to my grandmother who passed in 2005. I contacted several shops that didn’t have availability, but I reached Ramos and he 1) had the most calm and soothing voice and 2) said that I could bring the purses in at any time. I brought them into his store right away and he was able to salvage most of the bags that had been sitting in storm surge water. He saved some of my most precious family items and provided the care and kindness that I sorely needed. I highly recommend his services.

Don’t use this shoe shop. This is the second time they loose my shoes. You pay when u drop them off and then they can’t find your shoes. Also has been closed for a month. He is supposed to look for my shoes 3 pairs. Then when he gets back open , he will say I left them there too long. I would give no stars if I could

Charge my husband $20 to sew a 3” stitch on a Wallet. However, he did not see the other side, another 3” piece.
Are so we brought it back for him to complete it however, he charged me more money when he was the one who made this mistake.

We’ve taken things to him before, usually does a good job, but feel he overstepped his bounds by changing us again.

First time customer, needed one flip flop repaired. Andres pointed out instead of fixing one shoe, to fix both bcuz the other one may break shortly soon.

This man takes no shortcuts! I just wanted a quick “band aid” fix but Andres suggested securing the soles of both flip flops so I won’t have any issue moving forward. The shoes look so sturdy, I wear them everyday and Lord knows I put them through a lot.

Andres is an old school craftsman. And y’all know we cherish anything old school! Just better everything. AND, not only did he remember my name, but also pronounced it correctly in Chinese!

Went there for an alteration, the lady was very nice but because it was the week of Halloween she charged me an extra $10 which I thought was a little bit much considering she said to pick my pants up Saturday and I came back with cash and she had them done in 5 minutes but anyway good service good job I just don't think I should have been charged an extra $10 because of a particular week but highly recommend

I have a pair of boots that are retail $350 and made out of real cobra skin. The big problem for me was each boot had a snake head on the front. I didn't like that part. The good news was that I only paid 40 bucks for these boots. And all I wanted was the snakehead off them. That was all that was wrong with them they were great boots. So I came up with the idea to go to a shoemaker and found one and was expecting to pay a lot more than what he charged me. He is an absolute expert with shoes and boots. Expert in his field. And I'm very lucky to have found him. Very very happy and I haven't even picked them up yet. I can't wait to thank him.
