Large, immaculate, organized, well stocked, modern store in the heart of East Lake. Very popular store. The store is extremely clean and always well organized. There is never any clutter nor debris in the aisles. Well stocked and organized inventory. It is unlikely you'll ever find a cleaner grocery store. This store is larger than the average Publix store location. In fact, I've been told this is the largest store in the entire Publix chain (not 100% sure about this fact). Due to its large size, you will find everything you need and expect from a Publix store. This location also includes a full service bakery ( I highly recommend the Carmel icing for birthday cakes!), deli, butcher, and floweral department. The checkout staff is always very friendly and efficient. Bakery associates extremely nice and helpful. Stocking personnel are somewhat indifferent and aloof. The parking is plentiful, with very easy access to East Lake Road and Tampa Road. Consistent with the Publix brand, pricing is higher than local competitors. If you desire a pleasant, safe, organized and clean shopping experience, you will love this Publix location!

UPDATE 07/31/2023: Extremely nice store. Immaculate!! Well stocked. Pleasant atmosphere. I had an extremely pleasant shopping experience today. My favorite cashier, Sochia, was my check out assistant. Always a joy when I check out with Sochia!

UPDATE JUNE 10TH 2024: Another excellent, pleasant shopping experience! This store is ALWAYS IMMACULATE!! Well-maintained and well stocked. Of course, my favorite part of my trip; Sophia!! Fantastic, friendly checkout associate. Thanks Sochia for a wonderful experience!

Quite busy! The store was immaculate. Great BOGO deals this week. Friendly, efficient customer service. Checkout experience fast and pleasant. The store, as always, well stocked! Fantastic shopping experience!!

Worst management ever!
First - they forgot to put a birthday card to my bag , which my kid was choosing for her bestie for like 20 mins! So I had to drive back and forward, that took around 30 mins for me .
Second - when I returned, they said they already put that card back on the shelf!!! And of course someone took it !
Third - manager told me , that it is life and I have to be fine with that ! And he thinks, that they have a great strategy to put things back on the shelf , even if someone already BOUGHT it !!! Insane !
Thank you Publix ! My kid had an hysteria for like half an hour!
Never ever go back again !!!

I think I visit this place at least twice a day...has everything you need. staff are great.. oh and like people watching and you get to see all sorts here.

The deli staff need to be better trained. Theyve messed up a philly order numerous times. Today, it was the rueben sandwich. Wrong bread, not toasted, no dressing, hardly any sourkraut. Ordered it online and don’t understand how they messed it up. The instructions are clear. Clearly the person making it has no idea what a rueben is,and didnt read the order either. Very disappointed, again. It was also tiny.

Great Publix! Very cleanly and always organized. The Assistant Manager Sean is a terrific employee and hard worker. He always says hello when Im in the produce section and he always offers help with anything I need. His customer service is something to be noted by every Publix employee!

Terrible Deli. I'm autistic. I cannot eat any other meat besides ham. I cannot eat it any other way except shaved. Do you know how many people working at Publix Deli either don't know how to shave meat or don't care to put forth the effort? Just wasted over $10 of precious grocery money on ham I cannot eat. I did a pick up order becuase I can't stand in lines, so I was not able to see the meat as she was cutting to correct the slicer. Being autistic is kind of like Spoon Theory. (Google it), I don't have the mental energy to go back to the store and have them refund my money (social anxiety) and make then make it right. I could cry right now. I'm so frustrated. Dear Deli: "shaved" does not mean "very thin but messy" it means like shredded and actually as thin as it goes. I bet my other lunch meant I bought for my kids is just as bad.

10/30/24: gave them another chance but they gave me $20 worth of disgusting thick meat. I almost got sick just opening it to look. I even put in the notes about my autism and need for it to be shaved and they still messed it up.

Ridiculous prices and now you have to join a freaking club just to see tomorrow pricing. The epitome of greed in my opinion. Your marketing strategy is going to be your downfall!
