1st Review:
Never in my whole life have I been treated so disrespectfully as in this store.
I was there to buy two pairs of skis, boots, poles, and everything you need for skiing. On the day of the sale, the salesman (Bootfitter) was very friendly and helpful to my wife and me. It looked like he was not an expert; however, another salesman in the store helped him sell us the skis, which he was unsure about. We bought everything, and he told me that since he did not have the whole inventory in his store, I could buy another pair of boots online from another PG Store and return later to see which one fits better. A week later, I returned to the store with the boots, and the same salesperson treated me without any care. First, he discussed why I ordered a boot in that size (He made the sale); he did not remember and started to treat me with an attitude that you never must treat a person, especially a customer. Long story short, he continued with a treatment that looked like he did not care (He had already made the sale and did not take more time with us). My wife and I asked a few questions, and he looked the other way. Second, it is my first pair of boots, and I know that I need advice from someone who works in a ski shop; however, I do not need to be treated without respect. Finally, I asked if he could match the price from other stores (the model I wanted cost 40 % less in a few different online stores, even from the store that makes the boot); he said he could not, so I told him if that would be ok that I bought only the boot from another store. That was the stop point because the salesman told me he needed to charge for some services he had not mentioned before (I bought the skis with the binders, and he tried to charge me to set them up). I asked him to return everything I bought; he told me that would be no problem. So, I returned every piece of equipment and will not return to this store.
2nd review:
The manager of PL (Hans) called me and said that what happened should never have occurred and apologized for every inconvenience I had. He was so kind and looked so legitimate. He offered to come back to the store and adjust my boots, which I bought online from another shop. So, I returned to the store, and he gave me outstanding treatment. Because of the top-quality service he offered, I decided to buy back the skis from the store, and in addition, I also bought the pair of boots he suggested for my wife.
In conclusion, PL provided outstanding customer service after my bad experience. I encourage you to go to PL to buy boots, call the store in advance, ask for Hans, and schedule a meeting with him. He is a good, experienced professional who knows those who have taught ski classes before.

Such a great store I went to Dick’s Sporting Goods to buy my son rollerblades. There was nobody to help and had minimal choices. Jordan assisted us and took lots of time trying on different types of rollerblades I can’t say enough on how wonderful Jordan was. Thank you so much.

1. I had sent them a link to price match, but Amazon had removed the link for some reason and by the time I got on the phone the size was no longer available. They would not honor the price match. I had sent another site that had an even lower price. Suddenly their price match policy changes.

2. Beware the return policy. They charge you a significant amount for returns.
