"I had a great experience with a last-minute booking, but our time on the lake was disappointing. Within the first 15 minutes, the pontoon we rented for $325 for 3 hours, including a tube, started having engine problems. The motor kept shutting down at any speed, making tubing extremely frustrating for our kids.

We had to wait 2-3 minutes each time to try restarting it, and sometimes we were stranded in the middle of the lake for up to 10 minutes. The engine flooded at least 15 times, forcing us to cut our lake time short to return to the dock on schedule.

Despite informing the manager or owner his response was simply, 'Gabe told me and I’ve been on the phone with the dealership,' without any apology or offer of compensation. This lack of customer service and satisfaction was very disappointing. Overall, our experience with North Texas Watercraft Boat Rentals was far from satisfactory."

Since this was posted the owner promptly responded and provided us a full refund for the inconvenience and we will for sure use them again in the future.

This was an experience my daughter will remember for a long time. It was her 1 year anniversary for her wedding so we invited her best man and maid of honor for a fun day to let them know how great full we were for their participation in the wedding. Every one had a wonderful day. The lake was perfect the people who got our boat ready were very friendly and helpful. With no problems in getting the boat ready for us we were off for a day of fun. I will rent the boat again and I thank Danny and his crew for helping this day special.

My husband and I took a boater course with Nathan because we want to be able to rent or buy a boat and know what we are doing. We both feel ready to handle a boat thanks to Nathan! He is very knowledgeable, fun and his boat was in very nice condition. Can't wait to rent from him!

Myself, wife and son took an introduction course on boating conducted by Nathan of NTX watercraft rentals. It was an awesome learning experience. Nathan was patient, fun and explained us all about how to safely go about using a boat. He was detailed and gave us enough time to learn basics of boating. Nathan was very patient in answering all our questions and was a fun person to be around. He has got great equipments, boats and a commitment to make boat renting experience a fun and enjoyable one for the whole family. Would do business with him anytime. Thank you from all of us.
