The Duffy boat option to cruise the Milwaukee river is perfect. The boat was easy to drive, super comfortable, and spacious for a large group (11). A 3 hour tour was not that expensive in my opinion making for a great day with family. Took it all the way up the Lakefront Brewery on a slow cruise and everyone loved it.
The guys who rented to us were super nice and took really good care of us. Highly recommend!

We rented the vintage red boat for the afternoon. The location is easy to find and easy to walk to. The staff is really friendly and go over everything you need to know about the boat, safety and waterway. The motor is electric and very responsive, 5MPH is the fastest you can go. If you like to drive around the city then try renting a boat from MDBR and viewing the city from the river. Highly recommend! Very fun way to view Milwaukee.

Had a wonderful time exploring Milwaukee via the river and inside the breakwater of Lake Michigan!.. Booking easy on line. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful getting our stuff and the kids situated! Highly recommend and look forward to booking again in the future!

Run, do not walk, to book a tour with Milwaukee Duffy Boats! It is easily one of the most wonderful ways to explore the waterways of our dear Milwaukee. From the beginning to the end, the staff of Milwaukee Duffy were amazing, accommodating, communicative, and kind. The boats themselves are lovely, clean, spacious, and with every little comfort you can imagine onboard. We cannot wait to book again! Highly recommend. 🙂

The best boat company on the river!
I’ve rented with them several times and always have a good experience.
Renting is easy, you just hop on their site and book it their. If you have questions they’re super responsive. I’ve rented a skipper and we’ve driven it by ourselves. The boat is easy to drive, I felt comfortable docking it and I’ve only done it a few times. The boat is also spacious for 12 peoples and cuter than a pontoon. The ability to close the windows is a lifesaver as it can get pretty chilly quick on the river.
Dockhands are incredibly helpful and when you’re all done you can grab a drink at Boone!

My family and I entertained out of state friends on a Duffy Boat yesterday and, despite the rain, had a great time. We had the river to ourselves and the top and zippered sides kept us completely dry. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon and show people the city while relaxing in comfort. Thanks!

Great way to experience Milwaukee via the river. Boat was really nice and clean. Shout out to our captain Chris Z who had exceptional knowledge of the architecture, history and businesses along the river. I am from Milwaukee and I learned a ton - and he is a chill dude who made it fun.
