Had a great experience at the Lucchese store at the Thompson Hotel. Ryan Clark helped my wife pick out her first pair of cowboy boots and offered to clean and polish the pair I was wearing (Lucchese Ropers in black cherry). He was extremely knowledgable in helping my wife select the right fit and made us both feel right at home in the store. Can't recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate Hill at Lucchese, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Nate was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.

08/14/24 Unfortunately, less than a positive experience. When you are greeted with "what's up" and then it goes downhill from there. Not customer friendly concerning store to store exchanges. When you spend that kind of money and they refuse to accommodate deferring to the original store. Lucchese makes wonderful boots. Just don't visit this store. Go to Fort Worth...

All I can say is... Now I am HOOKED and this is the start of a very dangerous boot addiction!! Meribeth & Robbin were so helpful and allowed me to go back and forth over different boot styles, leather and comfort!! My first Lucchese experience was a great one! I took home the brown Summer boots and ordered the turquoise Gaby booties! The first photo is a photo of the two styles I decided on! Look how much fun I had trying on the others too! Aren’t they beautiful?!?! Definitely stop in the Luccheses at the fabulous Dallas Thompson if you are in town!
