Amazing staff to say the least. Turns out my fear of large bodies of water still applied here when I set out for a day of the outdoor fun with my 10yo. The lady I'm assuming was the manager asked one of the staff to take us. Sam became our tour guide. ? He was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to show my son all the best spots to peddle to and around the fountain. He saved the day and I couldn't have been more embarrassed and happy at the same time. Best $9 spent! Thank you Sam and management!!

Yoshi was so sweet! She was very informative about the swans. She checked the wind speed before letting us go out so we wouldn't get stuck out there. Great day in the lake and reasonably priced for 5 people to paddle away!

called before i drove 30 minutes to get there. the woman on the phone said the last boat leaves at 1:30. i get there exactly at 1pm & called again to ask how to get to the specific location because there was a festival going on. woman on the phone still says im good to get on a boat but the staff onsite told me they were closed. very disappointed. the weather was also nice but i guess some people just don’t like to do their jobs. wouldn’t recommend anyone else wasting their time with this company

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! We bought tickets online for two boats with my entire family of 7. We drove here 45 minutes, and we are also from Jersey. However, upon arrival there was nobody to attend to us. The girl who works (Blue hair, cropped shirt, tattoos, piercings) came late, running. She was in her car and not tending to customers. She then gave the excuse that they close at 6:30, and when we spoke to the equally as dismissive manager she told us that the last boats can depart at 6:30. Two different excuses. The girl then changed her excuse and said it was lighting and storming. It was not. It's florida, it's always cloudy. She kept walking away from us and speaking very rudely. Her manager, whose contact is saved as Yoshi, was also speaking to us as if we are idiots. They refused to accommodate and listen to our concerns. Overall, do not waste your time and energy. You will only receive terrible customer service and disrespect. We also spoke very kindly and patiently, but to no avail.

I went yesterday (07/27/‘24) with my mom for my birthday! I didn’t catch anyone’s names but there were two young ladies and a gentleman there who were very nice and helped make our experience celebrating my day a pleasant one. My family and I lived in central Florida since 2004 and I think it was our first time riding— I felt like the price ($14.something) was reasonable and we def accomplished making new memories at a park we have been to countless times. Thank you to the staff!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The girl working the stand (blue hair with face piercings) was not present at the location when we arrived and ran over from her car when she saw us all waiting and then tried to tell us they close at 6:30 when the sign behind her and online both stated 7 pm. Even if the last time to take a boat out was at 6:30 we could’ve made it if the employees were present and not hiding out in their cars. She was extremely rude and then called her manager Yoshi who was just as rude. At first her excuse was they closed already . And kept sticking to this excuse but her attitude and excuse changed once the manager got on the phone and now the reason became that it wasn’t because we got here late but because it was about to storm. Yes it was cloudy but it’s Florida. Still no rain or lightning! Don’t waste your money here the managers are just as rude as the employees and will lie and make up excuses because they want to leave early!
