I have special shoes. It’s hard to find somebody that can work on these type of shoes. Ryan seems to be very knowledgeable for people with disabilities. He took me that day and had to choose ready the next day and fitted them very nice. It’s good to have somebody to help get this done.

Wow after reading some of these reviews I’m not surprised. This guy came highly recommended but I will tell you I will never go to him again. Very disrespectful and disorganized. I took my shoes to him to replace my heel and sole and he appeared to be very friendly and said I will have them ready next week. Needless to say I returned 9 days later shoes were not done he apologized and said he was out sick so I understood and asked when can he have them ready, he said comeback next week I promise to have them ready I said no problem. Came back again giving him 10 days and he could not find my shoes took him about 15 minutes to find them just to tell me he didn’t get a chance to get to them. I was getting a little frustrated by now and still gave him the benefit of doubt. I said when can you have my shoes ready. He said I promise next week and even offered me money for gas but I declined and said just please have them ready next week because I drive almost 25 miles just to come here. Finally I go back after one month in a half of him having my shoes and I get back to the shop and there was another customer there very upset stating she has never seen someone so disorganized as she been waiting to find her shoes for the past 20 minutes and said he’s good but I’m never coming back. So he finally approach me and I gave him my ticket for my shoes and once again he could not find my shoes. But once he found them they still were not done and his excuse was the sole hasn’t arrived for my shoes. I was so upset at the time because I felt as though he is so disorganized that he doesn’t have no order or even knows what shoes he have to repair. So I told him just to give me the shoes back and he gave me my shoes and money back with a very nasty attitude and told me thank you very much have a nice day very sarcastically. He came highly recommended but I will never go back. He lacks customer service skills. Get some help or don’t take on more than you can handle. You will lose your customers over the way you are currently doing business. Maybe he’s ready to retire because he really doesn’t seem to care about his customer base.

Fantastic and fast service. Affordable and quality work. I definitely recommend! He did a heel repair on my wife's boots. Only one needed repair but he actually did both at no extra charge. No photo to share because she's wearing them at the moment. ?

The worse customer service experience. Does not keep business hours, don’t answer a business phone always full. When address issue mentioned unable to pick up. He Toss my shoe cursed me out. I told him will take my business elsewhere very disrespectful. Charged too much to repair 1 shoe not even a pair for $17.50. No quality and No respect for customers!!!

I dropped my boots off on a Friday and he said they’ll be ready by Wednesday. I even gave him two extra days to get the work done. He did nothing to my boots in that time frame. Waste of time!!!!
