Is it fun? Dear god it’s a blast. But here has been my experience. Sales is amazing. They’ll bend over backwards to sell you a $14,000 board and ship it immediately. After one short season in the northeast, mine wouldn’t start anymore. It was under warranty so I figured I’d send it back to get it fixed. The entire process took about 2 months longer than they said it would and the warranty didn’t cover anything. Communication was terrible. However, once a gentleman named Or became aware of my situation he went above and beyond to salvage my experience. He opened a line of communication and got things done for me very quickly and did everything he could to make things right. Or was a huge part of winning me back to this company when I was ready to leave it for another brand.

Their service is really bad. Like, really really bad. If you ever have the displeasure of having to actually take your board in here, they are very difficult to get a hold of, very difficult to find, very difficult to get a status update on, there's no parking, and no one answers the phone if you sit where they tell you to park (which is in an illegal parking area).

They will sell you the board no problem but if you have maintenance, be ready not just for the 1500$ bill, that didn't surprise me, but what did surprise me was the quality of work or lack thereof.

I spent $1500 getting my hull repaired for it to break literally the next ride. They said they would have to charge me 1000$ to pull the engine and fix it again. Literally after the first ride. Same with mechanical issues.

Especially if you don't live in Miami, making the trek to get the board fixed just to drive 4-6 hours round trip to get it and find out it still doesn't work is literally the WORST part of owning this board. Their system is extremely broken and dysfunctional and I went from literally riding this thing every day to not even wanting to look at it in my garage.

It is such a disappointment from a customer service standpoint. Buyer beware.

ORDERED a prop and shaft for $800, 3 months ago. I called last month said they forgot, had one left, wanted $220 more and said they would send it out that night. They lied, still did not receive my pump which I paid for 100% up front. I ordered a prop from another Jetsurf dealer in Orlando and received it in 10 days for less money.

These guys are awesome… Communication with them has been excellent. I had a couple questions on my new to me GP 100. Not only did they answer all my questions but they called me and followed up to make sure to see how my board was running. Additionally Or gave me maintenance tips and general guidelines on keeping my board in tiptop riding shape. Highly recommend these guys… A++++

Great company and support staff! Or Yanai, the head of technical support, has been extremely helpful with trouble shooting problems with my board over the phone. He has helped me make repairs to my board that I would have not of been able to do without him. They are responsive and get back to me quickly whenever I have a question.

We love JetSurfing! It's a fun activity for the whole family. I am not good with engines, gas or oil and was terrified that I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use or or the maintenance. Gus and Or both got on multiple phone calls, video calls and emails to help me through it - and it was easy! Now we spend our summer on the Jetsuf and love it!

Awesome time! Chris and his 2 team members always made sure that our group of 7 was having fun AND being safe. It's a great intro to JetSurf equipment and what they can do, for total newbies as well as people with more watersports experience. Cold water was provided, and we all had plenty of time to demo the different models, didn't feel rushed at all. The SeaBob was a fun extra to play with. Thank again, guys!

The team at Jetsurf has been great to me. I have purchased two jetsurf boards from them and have been happy with both experiences. They are prompt with their service and know their products.
I would recommend anyone in the market for a board or any of their products to consider them first.
