I wanted to put a leather bottom sole on my sneaker and make it a dancing shoe that can be danced outside on concrete. I came in Tuesday afternoon and Ari created this beautiful dancing shoe for me. It was ready on Thursday and I love it. I can’t wait to dance in them tonight at Lincoln Center. I will show this shoe to my dance teacher. Thank you Ari.

Very rude and inappropriate owner that does not value customers. Received very sloppy work and destroyed shoes. Had to wait 2 months for owner to find shoes. Came back a month after dropping off and he had not started. Suede loafers sent for repair came back scratched and now stain even worse. Heels sent for repair were left with gashes in leather and black marks. I understand not all shoes can be repaired but owner was extremely rude in handling the situation - and should not say they can be completely fixed. Instead of offering any remedy, he rudely yelled at me in front of other customers and yanked the shoes out of the bag screaming saying I would wear them anyway. Do not recommend doing business with mean people.

Such a cute little shoe repair shop. I went there to get a sole guard for my leather sole. They completed the job seamlessly and helped me to reshape the heel a little to fit the ergonomics better within a day. Highly recommend:)
