Their customer service and website is the worst!! I purchased the duck boots from their website on TWO separate occasions stating they have my size and BOTH purchases were refunded with no explanation!! I had to call customer service to get an explanation as why was I refunded twice . They need to do better, this is unacceptable!! I was able to locate the boots from another seller and a cheaper price!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Placed an order for two hunter boots. The boots arrived however one of the boots was damaged and CLEARLY WORE! I called Hunter the same day I received the boot and was told how to return the damage boot. I returned the boot the next day. Hunter did not fully refund me for the boots nor give me back the taxes I paid for the boot. I received a WORE AND DAMAGE BOOT from THEIR COMPANY AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR WORN AND DAMAGE BOOT THAT I RETURNED. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A YOUNG LADY FOR OVER AN 1HOUR WHO IS CLEARLY INCOMPETENT OF COMPREHENSION AND BASIC MATH. I WAS NOT REFUNDED FULLY FOR THE BOOT AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE TAXES BACK THAT IPAID FOR THE BOOT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!!!! Never Again! Count your days Hunter Boot because the Uggs store would never do this to their customers!

Pretty frustrated. I waited for a Black Friday sale and was a little worried that they wouldn’t have my size so last minute I purchased them before Black Friday, thank god I did.

Black Friday came and they raised the price, by a lot!

Then as I’m waiting for the boots to ship, long after Black Friday the price dropped dramatically! I had to chat with customer service considering they no longer take calls after covid and they wouldn’t credit me the difference with nothing to offer me other than an apology and suggested I return and repurchase.

Hunter was once a great brand that was reputable. Unfortunately the quality and customer service declined.

*UPDATE*
First time wearing them and one of the hooks that holds the laces broke off. I thought the hooks were made of metal. It’s silver plastic.

I purchased boots three weeks ago, very excited to get them. After two weeks nothing shipped. I very nicely contacted customer service, who said they were looking into it with no follow though. Again, contacted them. Said I would hear that day. Nothing. Basically you have to be a really rude customer for them to actually do something about it. Not a great customer service model to anger your customers by doing nothing when at the point of frustration you ask them to cancel. They say they sent it in the mail and then I can return it. SO BACKWARDS! I will not support this company.

I requested a cancel. One person said it wasn’t possible (FYI on their website they can cancel if they want, so it actually is possible). I then receive an email it’s not possible to cancel NOW because they finally got it together to ship it.

Oh and their compensation- a 25% off my next purchase. You can guarantee I won’t use it after this horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service!
I purchased my first pair of hunter boots a little under a year ago. I have been calling customer service since January about a white cloudiness on my boots and they have offered me a couple care solutions. I have tried each “solution” time and time again and have repeatedly called customer service. Finally last week I spoke to a representative on the phone and they told me I could email the company and get a replacement. So of course I email them in hopes of replacing these expensive boots and they offer to replace them. But now they revoke their offer because I purchased them from amazon. It’s one thing to tell me I am not eligible for it and send your apologies but no, they promised me a replacement and asked for my shipping information. Then they say they can no longer replace them. After complaining about it to them. This is the response I receive:
“We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the resolution provided.”
No solution was provided my boots still look gross after I have followed all the care instructions. I am very upset with the way customer service handled this!

Atrocious customer service. Super unclear as to what constitutes a promotion vs. an offer vs. a promo code on their website, you can't combine promo codes like the welcome discount with ANY offers (even if they are automatic, like a pair of socks with a boot purchase), and when there are limitations to an offer like color or style they bury the info. Customer service is horrendous and refuses to assist with basic requests. Ended up returning my entire order because the rep refused to honor a refund for one pair of boot socks. Spend elsewhere.

Ordered a coat for the holidays (2 weeks in advance) and still have not received my item.
Called Hunter many times and customer service doesn’t know what happened or able to expedite
The shipment. They are also VERY slow in getting back to you on a on-line customer comment.

I have followed up numerous times by phone and email, yet I have NO delivery. I have asked for them to re-order my item and ship priority overnight - NO Reply from Hunter!!!!

Now I see why Target dropped them from their stores! Bad Business! Bad Partnership! Bad
Company!

I ordered three boots in a sale in two different orders. I returned 2, each from a different order. Shipped them back and received no refund. Saw they had been delivered and signed for. Well I had been putting off contacting them because I feared the worst. Turned out my anxiety was unfounded - they quickly responded back to my email and sent me refund immediately. They aren’t sure what happened but their customer service was excellent regardless. Hunter boots last forever. I will continue shopping with them.
