We took our 3 kids out for 2 hours. My kids have varying experience levels. We booked a 2 hour trip and did wake boarding and wake surfing. Our boat operator and guide was awesome! He had patience with the different levels and gave great feedback after each ride. 16 yr old girl, 15 yr old boy, and 10 yr old boy all had about 30-40 minutes of ride / practice time. My wife went for a few wake surfing rides and loved it! Extremely satisfied, already booked a second trip in a couple of weeks. All 2 hours were out on the water. Travel time wasn’t really an issue to and from dock. Parking and going was so easy. You park, get out, picture of your car, walk to boat, get on, and go. Convenient, beautiful views of Miami, fun for the whole family, highly recommend.

I have been to Miami many times, but this is my first time trying wake-surfing!! It was amazing! The boat is new and cute. First few attempts were a little hard, but I got it at the end! Michael was really nice, he taught me patiently, each time i fell into the water, he gave something new to me so that I can adjust myself in the water. His younger brother Max(if I remember his name correctly) is also very sweet too. He helped me lift my handles every time. Great experience with Gator Bait! Definitely will recommend it to friends! And looking forward to coming back again soon!

I’ve been wakesurfing and wakeboarding with Marcos at Gator Bait since 2013 and it is always a 1000/10 service and experience. The team is AMAZING, they are the best of the best, and they will really teach you how to ride the waves. I just love them and that’s why me and my family keep going back consistently!! If you are in Miami visiting or if you are a local and have never been to Gator Bait you are genuinely missing out.

This place has quickly become my favorite spot for wake surfing. Since discovering it a few weeks ago, I've been heading there every weekend. The prices are affordable, and the team, especially Drew, is outstanding. They provide expert advice on improving your form and technique, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned surfers alike. Marcos is fantastic with scheduling, always accommodating our preferred days and times. I highly recommend this spot to anyone interested in learning or enhancing their wake surfing or wakeboarding skills. Thanks, guys!

It was our first time wake surfing and it was a wonderful experience! We had no prior experience and very nervous about how it would turn out. Fortunately the staff was amazing and quite amiable throughout the entire time. Our driver Carson was very attentive and adapted his driving by taking consideration in how we handled both the waves and how we gripped the rope so that it would be as fluid as possible as we learned to wake surf. Our instructor Drew was also amazing in providing clear and accurate advice after each attempt that brought us closer to properly wake surfing. It was such a fun time. Carson and Drew were both very encouraging. They ensured we overcome our anxiousness and were enthusiastic in our successes. We felt their genuineness in helping their clients and highly recommend this experience ?
