My family and I rented a 15 passenger van for a trip to OK. The day started a little rough but after speaking with Angela, the day had gotten a lot brighter! I truly enjoyed the local rental process and the communication is fantastic! My family and I will definitely be back.

First, I had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise on May 28th for July 7. I was told to pick up 15 passenger van rental in Athens. Meanwhile on July 4th received a call from a representative from Enterprise saying I can pick it up in Tyler. Long story short, they didn't have my reserved 15 passenger van stating they overbooked. Found out there were more than 4 people they dropped. Don't ever use the. I'm frustrated and made a call to ETVan and it was so simple and easy. Picked up the Van and that was that. The lady worked with me through the whole process.

Please call them first for your rental needs. Absolutely awesome! Avoid Enterprise if you can.
