Definitely coming back here! The store is super clean and not too small but not too big. I love the wide variety of displays of shoes and the employees absolute EXPERTS on their products. The music in the background is really nice and it sets such a welcoming, upbeat, happy vibe in the store. Both employees were truly amazing and very helpful. They helped me pick a color and a size and even taught me how to take care of my doc martens. Im extremely happy with my purchase and I have to go back to get those white Chelsea’s!! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! THANK YOU LADIES!!

What a cool store with a large selection! The staff is friendly. The layout of the store is easy to navigate. They have a lot of shoe options. You should check it out.

The staff was great. Very helpful. I was in and out of the store with a pair of shoes in 20 minutes. See boots in attached pic. 👌🏾

They said they close at 8 on Saturday, but when we arrived at 7:15 they were already closed. Another person arrived at the same time and also had to deal with the surprise. The managers just looked at us from the outside before going to the back. They could have had 2 customers!

I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they mistook it for another day that closes at 7, but I saw another reviewer experiencing the same situation on a separate occasion.

We've been here before and everything has been fine, but the discrepancy on store hours was disappointing

On May 11th, 2024 I had stopped by and purchased a pair of Adrian Arcadia Tassle, Cherry Red.
The color wasn't quite right and came back a few days later to see if another pair was around.
Both times, a staff member named Shaliyah had helped me.

Shaliyah was patient and pleasant to speak with, and made getting my new favorite Dr Martens a memorable shopping experience.

Nicki Minaj walked in (me). We laughed, we had epiphanies, will 100000% be back. Loved them to death. Everyone was so helpful even after i was so indecisive and couldn’t figure out which shoes to get. LOVED THEM DOWN BOOTS
