Convenient location off 215 on West Charleston Blvd. Ample parking with handicap access. Nice neat organized interior, very trendy. Great store for sporting goods. Fitting rooms are available. We shopped here for Vegas Golden Knights Stanley Cup gear. They had them conveniently located at front entrance. Did not dissappoint. Customer service was great. Fast efficient checkout.

A wonderful experience at the Charleston Blvd store. Ask for Wendell. He was so
Kind and knowledgeable and did not high pressure or hurry us in any way. A wide wide wide selection easy to see and chose from. The prices are fair and some sale items really s bargain. If manager is reading this give Wendell a raise.

Came in for baseball pants for my son expecting a quick in and out. Of course the one pair I wanted from their website was not on the racks. A couple of teenage staff were fairly helpful in locating them from "the ceiling" but the wait was long so the quick visit became more than half an hour. Teenage girl on checkout was rude. Walked out thinking glad that was over, but then realized I'd been overcharged $5. Ok went back in, same girl was even ruder this time, no apology at all for the error and instead randomly made some comment about me having to wait but didn't explain why. Did she need a manager? nope just went and served 3 others while I stood there wondering why I'm standing there. Finally came back to me, processed my card and said "sign there". That was the extent of the customer service. No smile no have a good evening. Whole experience reminded me why I shop online.

Terrible customer service
Six people on the cashier line, more than 5 employees chatting and laughing like customers don't exist, and only one register open. A supervisor asked what I needed, but he did not help to choose the product I was looking, I ended up returning the product, something that I usually NEVER do.

Went in to purchase an in-ground basketball hoop. They didn't have it in stock. Drove home and ordered it online. But there was no option for the installation online. Went back to the store with my online order to purchase the installation. The manager told me that I couldn't order the installation until the hoop arrived. I asked if I could schedule and pay for the installation pending the delivery. Nope. Can I call and order the installation once the hoop is received rather than driving back to the store? Nope. So, now I have to go back a third time to the store once the hoop is received and wait from that point for the installation. Terrible customer service. Very inefficient.

Incredible customer service from David in sports. He was able to answer all my questions about a treadmill over the phone and patiently took measurements for me to help me understand if I could fit the box in my vehicle. This interaction influenced my decision to buy a treadmill at this Dick’s sporting goods.

Would give zero stars if I could. Where do I begin ... ordered jersey online for pick up in store, no one at pick up desk, flagged down sales associate, he wasn't too happy to help me, gives me my order and walks away, I open jersey and there's defect (part of iron-on number was rubbed off in one spot), I asked 2 teenage looking girls at cash if I could get another one, they look at me confused, they hesitantly call manager to bring another jersey, it too was defective, (it was a gift so it had to be perfect) manager doesn't look too happy either, so I ask for refund! They did nothing to rectify the problem, could've suggested bring jersey from another store location IDK. Very disappointed with their customer service. I've been to Vegas many many times and customer service is excellent wherever I go, but unfortunately not here!

I came here the day after blackfriday looking for a bike for my daughter that they only had one left on stock. The staff went searching for it and put it together free of charge. Upon ensembley the manager Edgar noticed it had some light surface rust and offered extensively to make it right and most definitely made up for it, I recommend this location to anyone and I will only return to this location.
