First and foremost, the staff at Decathlon Thane is knowledgeable and has in-depth expertise. It’s always a pleasure to share my requirements and receive honest replies and suggestions.

I had some issues with the sole of my trekking shoes and communicated this. After inspection, without any hassles, I was informed that a full refund would be provided, and I received assistance in choosing the correct shoes for my upcoming trek in the Himalayan range.

Good place to shop and ample space for kids to play around

Always a pleasure visiting this place. They have everything you need for sports and outdoor activities. Great place for sport lovers. This place is the absolute one stop destination for sports related items and equipment. They cover all the sports that one might play and the prices are all damn affordable with very good quality products. Good place to shop for your sports and fitness needs. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Excellent one stop shop for anything and everything in the name of sports, training and fitness. Shoes, fitness gear, clothes, accessories you name it and you will find it here. Reasonable pricing and assured quality. Last but not the least, the staff is always there to help you and guide. Keep up the great job you guys

I gave them my decathlon hub town bicycle for premium servicing hoping that they would service and lube the bicycle well. What i got after paying the premium amount and keeping the bicycle for 3 days is 1. The grease leaks out on the hands and pants while riding. It was not cleaned well post lubricating. 2. The break pads are touching the rear wheel and it cannot move freely 3. The red color grease is visible on the frame. I mean what the hell do they mean by “service” if this is the kind of service you get even after paying premium amount. I regret visiting this store when just a few blocks ahead there is a cool cyclist shop run by pros disgusting is decathlon.
