Terrible customer service. I placed an order (#6197 for a RipCurl suit) on their website in October 2023. Despite canceling right away, they shipped out my order a few days later. It took Ève two weeks to reply to my initial email, then another two weeks for her to get around to sending me a return label. The return was confirmed received on Nov 23 via Canada Post. I've emailed Ève multiple times, and she still hasn't sent me a refund (as of today, it's Apr 2024). So incompetent. Good luck if you order from the Csurf site.

Sure, blame it on the customer. At no point did Ève say she was leaving. She could have forwarded this issue to someone else. Again, the product was returned on November 23. I no longer have it. Not sure why I have to call at this point. Csurf has my email, phone number, and order number (above). It's your turn to put in the effort. Why is it so difficult to resolve this? Just send me my refund already.

Edit: Changed rating from one star to three star. Despite my poor initial experience, Csurf resolved this situation by sending me the refund and apologizing for the mix-up.

Good for pretty things like a bracelet or fancy sunscreen. Zero knowledge of the equipment that they sell. I was in contact with them about a board and they answered all my questions. I bought the board and got it home and it was totally wrong. The foil they sold me would not work with this type of board. They send a package of hardware - that didn't work! Then they told me that the hardware I needed was on back order and would not be in for 30 days. Either they knew and sold it to me anyway, or they didn't have a clue what they were talking about. And they put their decal on the bottom of the board? Buyer beware!
