Der Crockett and Jones Laden in New York enttäuschte mich während meines Besuchs in den Ferien. Obwohl ich ein Liebhaber ihrer Schuhe bin, wurde ich vom Verkäufer, einem Afroamerikaner, schlecht behandelt. Er ignorierte meine Anfragen nach verschiedenen Schuhmodellen und war unfreundlich, ungeduldig und unprofessionell. Trotz meiner Bitte um Hilfe bei der Anprobe der Schuhe wurde mir nur eines der ausgesuchten Modellen gezeigt. Für die Grössenbestimnung musste ich den Verkäufer anbeteln, den bei solchen Schuhe da ich schon selber welche habe muss man die Grösse immer messen und ist inicht immer die gleiche. Dieser Vorfall hat meine Erfahrung im Laden stark beeinträchtigt. Ich empfehle anderen, ihre Crockett and Jones Schuhe anderswo zu kaufen, wo der Service besser ist. Hoffentlich kann das Management den Verkäufer schulen, um solche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu vermeiden und das Image des Ladens zu verbessern. Nicht Kundenorientiert, nicht professionell, keine Leidenschaft und arrogante Haltung, das ist nicht die Philosophie eines Crockett and Jones Schuhs. Laden und Schuhe super schön aber dieser Verkäufer hat alles versaut…Schade und Entäuscht!

Had a great experience here with Kyle A. Super nice, knowledgeable about what would fit me, and recommended something I actually really like and will come back to purchase.

The shoes here are amazingly high quality and if you're lucky you can even find seconds in your size. - They also have a few lasts made for people with wide feet, so don't be discouraged!

Will definitely be coming back and would recommend a stop for the discerning footwear customer.

You’re paying a lot of money for shoes… but you’re also paying a lot for the brand. I don’t mean the brand name. I mean the privately owned, honor their product, old school way of doing business type of brand. The shoes are fantastic, and knowing the company actually cares about their customers and products makes it all the better.

I purchased a pair of cognac oxfords and a matching belt from Crockett and Jones’ online store. The shoes fit perfectly but the belt was unfortunately one size too small. I live nearby their SoHo store and decided to return the belt there.

When I explained this to the store associate, I was told that they wouldn’t accept the return in the store and that I would need to return the item myself in order to receive a refund.

It is shocking that a brand that charges $800+ for a pair of shoes provides a level of service that is inferior to a Nordstrom. The staff at the store were entirely unaccommodating and even dismissive of a basic request.

Nothing luxurious about that experience. I’ll be seeking out any of the many other competitors at that price point should I need another nice pair of shoes.
