We rented a great pontoon from CB and his lovely wife. Boat was great and the water was awesome. They gave us great advice navigating the delta waters and advice how to operate the vessel with ease. We will be back!

Tried to blame us for broken motor. Never had such a bad experience with any other rental company.
They gave my friend a rental pontoon that had motor issues. After driving it from the marina back to our cabin, we found that the entire prop assembly was shot. Shaft was broken, and the castle nut was not secured and had disintegrating nylock threads. We called them for help and they instantly blamed us, saying we “must’ve wrecked their boat”. After a lot of back and forth trying to explain we hadn’t done anything besides drive off with a broken boat they gave us, the guy became very hostile, telling us “I’m going to take you for every dollar the law allows” (we have screenshots of the texts). He tried to charge us a total of over 6 thousand dollars if I’m not mistaken, including the rental days we didn’t have the boat, and a brand new motor. I’m reporting them to BBB, and warn ANYONE to be weary of using their rental services. If you happen to be the one renting from them when their boat breaks down, they will try to blame you.

We rented a pontoon here for the week while we were staying in discovery bay. The owners were great and were very helpful on anything we needed. I would recommend CBs if you need a boat to rent while staying at the bay. Thanks Jeff for your help !!

Great, friendly service. We booked two boats this past Saturday 6/19. Initially I called Jeff to book for 8 hours. After some thinking we decided on 4 hours due to having young ones and not knowing how they’ll handle being confined in one area for so long. Jeff was very friendly and accommodating and made the change immediately.

When we arrived it was a bit hectic due the parking situation. Remember, park near the booth, unload and then drive down the dirt path to park.
When we got to the boats, everything was very clean and well kept. We were given instructions and a walkthrough of everything and were on our way.

As a business owner I pride myself on giving the best customer service possible. It was wonderful to be on the receiving end of such great service, as a client. Jeff and Cathy were friendly and showed patient with our little ones and had smiles on their faces the whole time.
Definitely will recommend CB’s Pontoon Boat Rentals to friends and family!

We were so happy we rented a pontoon boat from CB's pontoon. We had a great experience and we would highly recommend using them. They are highly professional and their boats are very clean. We had a wonderful day exploring the delta. The boat ran perfectly. We would for sure rent from them again.

We rented a boat from this place and let me tell you 5 stars all the way. Jeff and his wife are amazing. I took my wife and two daughters out for a day on the delta and we had a blast. The boat was clean and ran very well. Jeff gave me the rundown on the operations of the boat and we where off. If I ever rent a boat again this place is the only place I would go. A+ service and customer care.
