I just wanted to say thank you to the hat shaper here at this location that shaped my navy blue rodeo king for my wedding. It came out perfect. I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out. He was a heavier set guy, and you can tell he was a seasoned hat shaper. He was married as well and had a friend that was a shaper at the store off of 75. Anyway... Thank you sir.

Three stars for their nice selection. Their service, it’s lacking. We’re from San Diego so we were already feeling out of place. We love country music but from the city. We were hoping to come here and get custom fitted with a cool cowboy hat. Service was a bit stand off-ish. We really felt dumb asking questions. We ended up getting an already made hat close to $200. Went to pay and the front was even less welcoming. Oh well. We weren’t there to make friends. We just wanted a cool cowboy hat from Texas. There was a friendly Hispanic lady in her 40’s that was the friendliest. Too bad she didn’t work the custom hat section*

Good service and selection, but a lack of mirrors in the women’s section when my wife was trying boots on. Also, asking who helped you when checking out is fine, but if that is a tell for the commission, then the salesperson needs to handle that and not place the onus on the customer.

Also, something feels odd about going to an Americana type store like this and seeing stuff made in China being sold.

I was looking to buy a cowboy hat, and I was welcomed in as soon as I walked through the door. Help was offered immediately if I needed it. When I was ready to ask questions, the staff was super helpful, and I was able to find a hat that I liked that fit well. The selection of merchandise is over the top, I can't imagine not finding what you are looking for

Really great service and prices. As soon as I came in I got greeted and was walked though the entire boot section process. I was given several options and price points. Very quick process and great experience

I love the store, the fresh leather smell! The beautiful choices of clothes for girls and women. My disappointment is they do not have a good large variety section for plus size folks.

Wow what an amazing experience I had here last night. Julian helped us through each department and had slot of patience with my done getting his outfit ready for our event. Also Al brought my sons hat back to life I thought it was ruined for good but he did an amazing job. 10 out of 10 amazing service at this store.
