We rented a deck boat from Darryl Pulley who represented himself as HaveANiceDayWatercraftRentals but I see he is the owner of this company. We agreed on a price for a deck boat for an all day rental. The boat in this picture and the tube are the photos he sent to me however, the boat he brought was much more beat up. We met at 10:30 am last Sunday and paid $400 cash. Less than 4 hours into our rental Darryl wanted his boat back because he had double booked it. When he contacted me we were docked at a friends birthday party on a lake in Clermont. He came and retrieved the boat after arguing with me. He wanted me to “do him a solid” so he could take the boat to the other party. He did give us $100 back but I requested a full refund since we did not get the full day as promised and we were stranded without a ride. Then I come to find out we are not the only people that have been scammed by him. Beware of this guy and rent from a reputable company.

I rented a pontoon for my 8 friends for a birthday party on the lake and we had so much fun.
Darryl had great customer service from start to finish - he answered very call, true to every word, met every deadline, delivered everything promised.
The worst happened, after traveling hours to be there, our reserved boat was damaged by the previous renter with no backups last minute on a Saturday. But Darryl called around all morning to deliver a rental, come to find out, at great expense to himself. This kind of service and dependability is rare these days.. thank you Darryl!!

Rented bass tracker fishing boat last minute and Darryl gave me unimaginable customer service. It was beyond Great service. He was very nice and very detailed about how to operate the boat and its features/electronics. Very professional, fast call/text back response, Answered every question i had while i was out on the lake and helped me solve any confusion i had with the boat. Definetly made me feel like a valued customer. The boat was beautiful. Lake john was Beautiful. Boat rode super smooth and is very stable. Would totally recommend and rent from again.

We had a great time out on the lake with our two dogs. Darryl was a joy to communicate with. He responds to your text and calls immediately, he is easy going, took the time to explain everything and nothing felt rushed. We were able to enjoy a few hours sight seeing and having fun without feeling like we had to hurry back for the next group to load up. Looking forward to renting from him again in the near future. 5 stars all the way! Thanks again!

I rented the bass tracker and went to John's lake. Darryl met me at the boat ramp and went over everything I needed to know about the boat and how to use it. Extremely professional and nice guy. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good fishing experience for a fair price. I caught some decent size fish also. The boat ran perfectly with no issues and I thank butler boat rentals and Darryl for an unforgettable experience!

Rented a boat from Darryl the other day with a buddy, and we couldnt have been happier with it.
Great rates, super nice guy to deal with.
Boat didn't give us any issues at all.
Caught several fish in 4 hours.
Darryl even waited a little extra time for our ride to pick us up before we left.

My son wanted to do a father-son fishing day for his bachelor weekend, and I wanted to surprise him by renting a boat. Found Butler Boat renters and got a hold a Darryl and was able to plan a four hour excursion this morning for some fishing. Him and his son met us there on time. Took care of getting boat ready, even if not experienced, they explained everything in detail. Went over all the ins and outs of the controls and compartments, paid the man, signed a paper and we were off. Never expected it to be as easy and stress free as it was. Looking forward to going again soon with the wife, because she got jealous. Darryl thanks again for the great memories I got to share with my son.

We had a great Fathers' Day on the Butler chain on the Star Deck! These guys made it very easy to get us all out on the water and back safely for a fun day. They even helped some of our other family members get their own boats in the water and parked, which was above and beyond what we paid for. Competitive rates and no hidden costs as advertised. They are super helpful and friendly.

We will definitely use Butler Boat Rentals next time we rent.
