Best in class dealership. This was my second big purchase from Buckeye, and I'll continue keeping them first on my list for any future purchases. VIP Customer Service. They did an excellent job educating me about my new boat as this is my first boat after purchasing a Hobie Pro Angler from them years ago. They put a lot of time, attention, and detail into prepping my boat so it would be water ready. They worked with me to get all the features needed on the boat that met my needs. VIP Treatment with the boat pickup as they were flexible with scheduling, had a congratulations sign, everyone walking on the boat took their shoes off, they consistently offered drinks/restroom, their service guys came out to answer technical questions, and they highlighted critically important parts of the manual so I may quickly revisit for review as a lot of information was covered during pick up. They don't just want to sell you, but they want to make sure you are set up for success, you are safe, and you have an all around great experience on the water and with Buckeye. Customer oriented all around. Would recommend anyone give Buckeye the first stop before looking elsewhere.

I bought 2020 waverunner back in 20 from Buckeye Sports Center new. I drove from Pittsburgh super nice, helpful and called me the first 1yr. Asking if everything was good. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for boat. When the time comes I will be going back to buy from them.my buddy also bought the same one from you. Here’s a few pictures of it in the wild. I loved the personal touch provided by Buckeye Sports. Year after year we return for their used ski swap. With kids that grow like weeds, this is an economical way to trade in and obtain new(ish) gear. I’d like to give a special shout out to Mark, the associate who took the time to properly fit my kids in both boots and skis. He took more than enough time and made us feel comfortable in our decisions and went above and beyond to be kind and interactive with my kids. Job well done Mark and Buckeye. Please keep the swap for years to come, or at least until my kids stop growing. 🙂

Erin was very helpful fitting me for boots and finding skis for my level. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured I had what I needed. My experience was awesome thanks to her. THANKS ERIN!! Weeks prior my husband was fitted by Marylin and she was also knowledgeable and kind. No one was snobby, everyone was welcome and friendly. Their prices were better than another ski place 30 min away. Very happy.

Just bought my first boat today from Buckeye Sports Center. After visiting many dealerships across Ohio, I ended up choosing to go with Buckeye Sports center. The Huron location was great as well and Ted was very helpful there but didn’t sell the boats I was interested in.

Brian Parker was great in helping pick the right boat for us, and even though we weren’t there looking at the high dollar boats he still spent almost 2 hours with us answering all my questions and taking us to look at all the available entry level boats. that’s what really made me decide to get my new Yamaha from BSC.

Pete was fun and informative in our delivery and went over everything on the boat and answered all our questions, and seemed to genuinely care that we were comfortable and ready to get out on the water as soon as possible.

Also one thing I hate about vehicle shopping is the finance aspect and know there is a battle ahead, but JD in finance wasn’t pushy at all and actually came back with rates the first time that were better than I found on my own. Very smooth and easy going process.

Overall great experience with everyone involved at Buckeye Sports Center and will be back here when I’m ready to upgrade.
