Paul was willing to answer all my questions while addressing any concerns I had. I’ve place several orders online at different times and have received them all without any issues. Their shipping is fast and smooth as they provide a tracking number via email. They have great prices on boots and handmade leather belts, along with other accessories including leather jackets. If you’re looking for boots, or leather goods Bronco Western Wear is a major go!

I cannot say enough great things about Bronco Western Wear. The belt/skin is TOP quality but it is surpassed by the customer service. I had a slight issue (my fault), and they not only offered another size, but they also sent it rush. Thank you! I will definitely be purchasing again.

Manager is very friendly and a pleasure to speak with.

Also they have a cool gator statue.

Very disappointing experience. My order didn’t ship and I called after a few days to inquire. The person said they didn’t know where the item was but planned on going back in the warehouse to look for it. They asked ME to call THEM back later about the status. Called back after two days…they still had not located the item and asked me to give them some time to find it. I guess they found it because they sent a shipment notification later that day.
1. If you can’t find a product then it is YOUR responsibility to notify the customer.
2. The customer should not have to keep calling back after the item has been purchased.
3. No apology or anything for inconveniencing the customer.

I’m not impressed. I have no idea why this store has good ratings.
