I suffered a severe mental breakdown and I had to go to the chemist daily for my anti-whatever ? pills the staff were very understanding however one staff member was just the total opposite and made me rather uncomfortable I spoke to another staff member and they were extremely apologetic and actually said that they were “out of line” she apologised for her behaviour so….. all good ?

Came into store for some facial products. Fiona was very helpful and patient with me during my shop and when I enquired to getting an advantage Card. Staff are all friendly. No complaints

I needed advice from a member of staff about over the counter medicine and was met with friendly, helpful staff. Happy to answer my questions, direct me to complimentary or alternative items and options and ring up my purchases quickly to have me on my way.

A star is dropped not on account of the customer service, but purely the location: I had to pass a much bigger, more significant boots to get to this one to get that help.

I did have a bit of a long wait to see pharmacist for consultation as was very busy. Given the current situation re unable to get doctor appointment, the pharmacist was very good and sympathetic even although he was unable to help my condition. He advised to contact nhs24

Our local pharmacy for our prescriptions , handy for my Boots orders to collect. Chemist to ask for medical advice and buying general medicines, toiletries, etc. Friendly helpful staff, always busy with customers etc. They also offer other services to the community. Spacious clean shop, security guard on duty. Good to have a handy late opening chemist
