Wir waren über Weihnachten 10 Tage in New York und haben in New Jersey übernachtet, was super praktisch war wg. der kurzen Wege nach NY. Zum Abendessen sind wir 3 Mal während unseres Urlaubs im Boots & Bones gewesen und wir waren begeistert. Das Essen (jedes mal was anderes) war wirklich toll und die Getränke gepflegt. Tolles Restaurant mit klasse Ambiente. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und aufmerksam, dass Essen war top. Die langen Öffnungszeiten am Abend sind von Vorteil wenn man erst später von der Tour durch New York zurück kommt.

Really want to give this restaurant 5 stars. The service was amazing and I ran into the owner who also was a cool dude. The atmosphere was great and even though they had one server, we were still taking care of on time. I order the smoked wings, they had a good flavor but some were very dry. Not sure if it was reheated or overcooked. The mac and cheese was not to my liking but sure did look tasty. I also ordered a sausage which was just ok. I would try this restaurant again- it’s a cool spot.

Visited Boots and Bones and had an amazing experience! The burgers and fries were top-notch, and their mimosa and Bloody Mary were perfectly crafted. The Halloween decorations added a fun and festive touch to the atmosphere. I also appreciated the rustic charm of the wooden furniture. Overall, Boots and Bones is a great spot for a delicious meal and a fun night out. Highly recommend!

The girls and I got together for drinks and food. When I arrived I parked a little distance because parking was hard. I walked in, and they greeted and walked me to the lower area like a speakeasy. It was dimly lit, and the music was great. Miranda was our server, and she was very nice, just super busy. I think she was the only server. I ordered the chardonnay, and that was good. My friends enjoyed their food of the salad and mac. My friend said the mac was just a little soupy. The little downfall was that the air conditioner was out on when a certain number of people came in, and it was really cold. All in all, it was a pretty decent time.

Came here for brunch, I ordered the stuffed french toast which was heavenly. My husband got the breakfast tacos w/ out the meat because he's vegetarian. The eggs were pretty bland, I imagine the meat is where all the flavor lies.

I noticed that they don't serve any hot beverages that are not non alcoholic , including coffee or tea. That surprised me. The decor is pretty cool and festive for the holidays. Overall, I'd go bk just for the french toast and maybe next time try their bbq

My 3 friends and I went to “Boots and Bones” at 116 Newark Avenue, Jersey City for Saturday brunch and we were enchanted by the stunning decor, wooden booths, expansive bar and the numerous televisions. The Tex / Mex style food was totally delicious. The staff of Kelly, Francis, Shawn and Marian was personable and efficient. We had a grand time. I hear the evening crowd has been turning out too. That’s terrific.

Everything was good except the food. The atmosphere is good, although it was hot inside. The person who assisted us was very friendly and helpful, but the kitchen was not helping… I ordered a sangria and it was acceptable, but the food was not at all, it was well seasoned and the quality was not what I expected. We ordered a Mc and Cheese for our little girl and it was spicy, we ordered some ribs and they were dry, hard and cold.

Our friends found the burgers acceptable as well as the green salad. It was definitely not the atmosphere I expected or looked for.
