This is by far the worse business I’ve been to in a long time. First of all, the guy said my shoes would be ready in two weeks and he would call me. After receiving no phone call and it being over 3 weeks I went to the store to find out he hadn’t even started the repair. The guy originally stated he needed to take the entire sole off to clean out all the old glue and that’s why the price was so much. Turns out he did not take the sole off, but sporadically put glue around the sides. Not only the quality of the repair was terrible, but his attitude and disposition during the process was even worse. I will never again trust this business with my shoes and I would advise others to do the same.

Took 3 pairs if shoes here for repair. One hiking sandal, the plastic ring holding the straps together broke, they said they couldn't repair it. The other was a rhinestone studded flip flop that the thong string had come out. The other was a leather sandal, which had a broken strap. They repaired the rhinestone flip flops, I was satisfied with results.. The leather sandal was also repaired. The stiching was alright. A bit noticeable but wearable. The staff were all nice and friendly and took time explaining the repairs. He said it would take 6 days and he would call when it was done. After 6 days, no word, so I call. No answer. Tried multiple times on multiple days, calling with no answer. I had to drive there but it was closed. It seemed like there were no specific hours. And after nearly 2 weeks they had not started work on any of the shoes. It took 4 weeks for these simple repairs. Which is fine, considering I have plenty of other shoes to wear and wasn't necessarily in a rush. I still would have left them if he told me it would be 4 weeks. But professionally, you should stick to the time quoted. At least call for an explanation and update. Also I was not happy that on the leather sandal he told me 20$ and when we picked up the shoes he insisted 25$. Which is not fair, considering he took a lot longer, did not do any extra work, and I had to bother him about it to get done. My boyfriend is generous and would have given him a nice tip, as he does when we receive exceptional customer service.

The bad reviews must be old. They were very friendly. Shoes were repaired in the time quoted and did an excellent job. (Before and after pics of my loafers)

Extremely professional. The repairman gave a very detailed description on what he is going to do to make my boots safer. I wore down the shoes and it was not good for balance but I also couldn’t find a different pair of boots I like. So he put a game plan together. He also said if I need adjusting, etc he will help make sure I have the perfect fit.

Just the level of customer service is remarkable. I have a group of diseases that keeps my immune system overactive. I get foot sores that barely heal. So he discussed options to prevent issues. I greatly appreciate the whole experience. Very kind, funny, knowledgeable, and organized. I moved here recently. They are my new shoe and purse repair place.

This place is the BEST shoe/boot repair shop I have ever gone to!! I will not go anywhere else!!!! The customer service is beyond spectacular!!! I brought my boots in to get the heel fixed. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was watching and listening to the owner interact with his clients. He treated all of us as if we have been friends for years!! He has true passion for what he does and it shows!! He even shined my boots for free!! They look brand new!! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!!
