I purchased a pair of Blundstone boots and, after wearing them fewer than 10 times, they fell apart during a walk. This is extremely disappointing given the brand’s reputation for durability. I expected much better quality and longevity from these boots.

I left the store upset at the situation, and after leaving my review Paul from the Blundstones team reached out and was beyond accommodating, patient and made sure I could return my shoes and get my refund. Very grateful for the hospitality and it definitely helped restore my faith in the brand.

The customer service at the store is superb. I bought a pair of boots in March, they got scuffed up and they waterproofed and polished them for free and they look better than ever. I will purchase many many boots here.

Hands down the best experience I've had. So I was about to give up on Blundstones, I ordered a 4.5, they didn't seem to work, sized up to a 5 and they were too big, but when I went to return the shoes, Max asked if I wanted to give the 4.5 another shot. I declined but he persisted in the friendliest way and I am so glad that I gave in 🙂

I ended up going to a lesser sole option and they've become the best fit ever. I loved the look of the shoe and was so sad to think that I couldn't be a Blundstone customer.

Max is the reason I've become a Blundstone customer for life. The customer service was the best.
