Logan was wonderful, and understanding! It was New Year's Day, and close to calling but he did his best, and above to meet my criteria of sizing for shoes 4-6, and weight 115lb. Most of the packages did not fit these sizes, Logan looked through multiple bindings, and boards to try substitute for an affordable pricing ensuring I leave happy.
He was knowledgeable of the sport, checked the alternative price online, differentated models and brands, and explained the set-up for bindings to board. He provided insight on items' not so much of a difference, and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge.
He definitely needs a pay raise!

There is a dog sometimes at the location. Not sure if it's hypoallergenic.

Great selection of life vests and tubes. We needed new life vests after purchasing our jetski. They have a large selection with a variety of sizes (even 5XL!). We decided to purchase a tube as well to tow behind the jetski. Highly recommend!

Ordered a 980$ surf board for wake surfing ! Tested it for 5 minutes ! Been riding same style and brand board for years , the new one wasn’t the same at all as previous years . They told me they don’t return used items . lol 5 minutes of use ! Then said it looked used ? Then said I’d have to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping to return . Worst company I’ve ever purchased from in my life .

I live in NC so I placed an order for a new radar slalom ski and some other gear back in Feb. Prompt and excellent communication on delivery updates

On my first run, the clip on the bungee broke!! Obviously I was unhappy initially, but the customer service at Barts was top tier. I emailed them about what happened and asked if radar had a warranty on this part. Not only did they handle the claim for me, Radar sent a pack of clips, bungees and clamps.

100/10 recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

I bought a baseball style hat at the local store and it has lasted for over 5 years. Most of the time hats lose their color over the years but the hat I bought has lasted a long time. So happy that they have high quality products.

Of course, I waited until the last minute, but I needed very specific lifejackets that were recommended by my kids' swim instructor. We checked locally, (We're up in St. Joe Michigan) and couldn't find what we needed. Looking online started to come up empty, too, until I found Bart's. They had exactly what I needed. I considered driving the ~2 hours, but knew there was no good way to take 4 hours in the middle of the work day to make the round trip. So, I chanced it. Not only did my items get to me on time - they got there the next day! For free (it was two Hyperlite lifejackets, so over $100). I didn't even contact them to give my sob story. ? Bart's saved our Memorial Day boat trip, my last minute shopping failure, and made a couple of little boys very happy with the swag. Oh, and the personal note made me smile ❤️ Maybe I'll take up water skiing just so I have more reasons to use Bart's! Might even find an excuse to visit in person one of these days. Thanks for being one of the good guys!!

Very cool place if you are in to water sports. They have good product and service. I have bought from them before but usually from their website since I'm from Ohio but I was in the area and wanted a wakeboard for my niece so I stopped in and they were able to hook me up! Thanks Bart's
