Absolutely awful. The guy here ruined my favorite pair of shoes. I asked him to replace the elastics on the side of a pair of Chelsea boots and he attempted to do so by just reusing the original elastic, but stretching it out so I wouldn't notice. Made the shoes far too tight to wear. I am now taking these to a different cobbler in the hopes they can repair what he did. Don't take any shoes you care about to this shop!

I left two pairs of shoes to be stretched and was told when to pick them up. On the day I go to get my shoes, the shop is closed with a notice stating closed for 2 days, the day before and the day I was told to pick up my shoes. When I went to get them I tell the guy that I came when told and the store was closed. I asked for some kind of discount and all he could say was he didn't know the store was going to be closed, and the boss told him at the last minute. That has NOTHING to do with the paying customer. As a show of good customer service a discount should have been provided to me. Especially since they told ME when to come. Pick up the shoes.

Beyond terrible! I was told my shoes should be ready by midday Friday. When I came to pick up they made me wait 30 minutes, only to be told they weren’t ready. I had to go. Then I came back on Monday when google says they are open and they were closed without explanation or number to call. Avoid like the plague.

Alex does a great job! Went here for two shoe shines and they were affordable and excellent quality. His spot is now my go-to place for a shine and I’m looking forward to having him do sole replacements.

My boot heel was worn and finally detached on my way to lunch today. I popped into this shop, where I met Javier. He re-heeled my boots on the spot. Pricing was reasonable. Boots are good as new. Highly recommend!

If possible I would have given my review in negative. I went for my pick up but there was a student claiming about unsatisfactory service provided by the store. The owner of this store was threatening the student that if he doesn’t leave, he will shoot him. Listening to it, I didn’t even pick up my shoe and left the store. What a horrible person (owner) he can be? I will suggest everyone to start abandoning this store.

It was raining and a strap from my sandals broke off on my way to work this morning.I made my way over to Alex's shoe repair and they were able to fix it right on the spot in about 10 min for only 12 bucks. I was pretty impressed, i thought i was going to have to buy new shoes to wear fot the rest of the day.
Will definitely come back with other stuff. Great job !

The guy told me it was going to be $4 for a shine of my dress shoes sitting down or $5 if I dropped them off with him. Since I wasn't wearing them and I had them in my hands, I asked him how long and he said 10 minutes so I handed him my shoes and went to run another errand. I was gone for about 40 minutes and when i came back he said he was finishing them up, I paid the lady at the counter $5 and as I walked out the guy stopped me and said "we work for tips here man" so I gave him $1 and I will plan on never coming back. I already gave you a tip by not having the shoes on my feet, buddy. My advice would be to go somewhere else where they won't haggle you for money and appreciate your business.
