To say Aaron and team “went the extra mile” would be an understatement, quite literally; since they drove a boat 600+ miles to deliver it to me… and then take mine back as a trade. We never felt pressured or rushed. Before the boat was delivered, we wanted to have some things added. Bruce and the service team crushed it! Their work was flawless and clean. Upon delivery, Eric took his time giving us a thorough on-water tutorial to make sure we were 100% comfortable on how everything worked. I've dealt with the team at Action since 2014 when I bought my first MC from a private seller. Bruce and the service team always gave me the best service even though I didn't buy my boat from them...fuel pump went out the first weekend it was in the water and he had one and even gave me instructions so I could put it in myself. Finally bought a new 2018 last year and the transaction was awesome. Really feel like part of the family. Aaron was awesome and made the buying experience great. I had a lot of non factory extras added and worked closely with Bruce and they did a great job at a reasonable price.
